You need: 500g simple tender dough, 150g cheese, 1 egg, cumin, poppy or sesame.

Method of preparation:

1. Allow the dough to thaw well at room temperature.

2. Lay it well on the table with the twister. Grate the cheese on top.

3. Fold the dough and thin it with a rolling pin to 3-4mm thick.

4. Cut the saltines with the toothed roller into strips about 1.5 cm wide and 10-15 cm long.

5. Grease them with a beaten egg and sprinkle poppy seeds, sesame or cumin on top, according to your preferences.

6. Bake the pickles in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 190 ° C (moderate temperature).
