Pineapple ice cream is a fresh, creamy and tasty dessert, what I propose today is a version to prepare pineapple ice cream without ice cream maker. You can serve it immediately and in that case it will be softer, like a parfait or after a passage in the freezer it will take the perfect consistency of the classic ice cream that can be made into balls and served on the cone. Method

How to make pineapple ice cream

Empty the pineapple without breaking the peel.

Collect the pulp, remove the hardest parts and put it together with the pineapple in syrup in a bowl.

Put the fruit in a bowl with the icing sugar, vanilla and rum. Stir and cook for about ten minutes.

Then blend the pulp with a blender then place the container in the freezer for twenty minutes.

Whip the cold cream from the fridge in a bowl

At this point, pour the pineapple puree with the whipped cream and stir with a wooden spoon.

Pour the pineapple ice cream into a rectangular bowl and place in the freezer until ready to serve.

Now serve the ice cream immediately in the emptied pineapple.
