We prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little oil. Put the small pieces, the washed and diced mushrooms and half a cup of water over the cut meat. Leave the mixture on the fire until the meat is completely done (if it is not cooked enough, the meat will get a gummy texture and I know you don't want that!).


Separately, cut the tomatoes into cubes and put them to harden in a little oil. When the tomatoes have softened, put the meat and mushrooms, the tomato paste, the rest of the water, the garlic and the spices over it. * At this step, you can add water depending on how much sauce you want to get.

* To thicken the sauce, mix the 4 tablespoons of water with the flour. Again, you can add as much water and flour as you want, depending on how thick you want the sauce to be. The idea is for the mixture to be a homogeneous paste, because if you just add flour or the mixture is not homogeneous, lumps will form.

Leave the sauce on the fire for 10-15 minutes. When the sauce is ready, serve it with the cooked pasta and cheese, to taste!

  • 800 gr minced beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread soaked in 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt pepper
  • spices to taste: oregano, basil
    or :
  • 1 box of peeled tomatoes / half a kg of fresh peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt pepper

Finely chop the onion. We squeeze the bread with milk and crush it.

We mix the meat well with all the ingredients. We take a ceramic tray or a heat-resistant dish that we grease with oil. With oiled hands, form meatballs. We place them in the tray, leaving a little distance between them.

We give them at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Put the olive oil in a pan, add the grated garlic and cook for 30 seconds, being careful not to burn the garlic. Then add the tomato sauce or diced tomatoes and wine. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil. Let it boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes, if the sauce drops too hard, add a little water.

Meanwhile, boil the water for the pasta, add a teaspoon of salt to the water. When the water boils, add the pasta and boil them according to the instructions on the package. When they are cooked, drain them, and put 1 tablespoon of olive oil over them, mix. This way they will not stick even when they cool down.

When the meatballs are ready, put them in the sauce and let them boil there for another 2 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!

Fry the chopped onion and grated carrot in oil.

After they have softened, add the minced meat and stir continuously until it changes color.

Pour the tomato juice, add the bay leaf, add a little more water, if the juice is too thick, and let it boil for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti. Put the drained spaghetti in the bowl with meat sauce, match the taste of salt and pepper and leave for another 5 minutes together.

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation

Put a pan with a teaspoon of salt and boiling water for spaghetti.

Peel an onion, finely chop and sauté in a little oil.

When the onion has hardened, add the diced spices and beef.

After hardening the canned beef a little, add the broth, and then mix well.

When the water has started to boil, add the spaghetti, and let it boil for about 7-8 minutes.

When the spaghetti is ready to cook, drain it well under a stream of cold water, then let it squeeze a little.

After the spaghetti has drained, add it over the beef and broth sauce, mix well and serve.

Canned tomatoes are given by the robot to obtain tomato juice. Put in a saucepan with olive oil, water, paprika and dried herbs. Boil until the water drops (but not at all), then add the meatballs. Boil for another 1-2 minutes, remove the pan from the heat, leave to cool a little, then add the peeled garlic, washed and ground and half of the washed and chopped parsley.

Meat sauce ingredient:

  • 1 kg of minced beef
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 can of tomatoes, cubes with basil and oregano
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ spoon of sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Ingredient sos bechamel:

  • ½ cup of butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 cups chicken soup
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cane mozzarella, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

To prepare the meat sauce, heat the oil in the pan and add the crushed garlic and finely chopped onion. Cook until onion is translucent. Add the minced beef, stir and continue to boil until the beef turns brown.

Sprinkle Italian herbs over the beef mixture. Then add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Stir and simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Then season with salt and pepper. Boil for another 10 minutes. Check and adjust the spices to taste.

To prepare the bechamenl sauce, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and mix with a spatula. Pour the milk and mix well and quickly.

Then add the chicken soup. Leave the mixture on low heat for 2-3 minutes and continue to stir, adjust the heat to low. Add the nutmeg and stir. Add the mozzarella, stirring quickly until the cheese has completely melted. Season with salt and pepper.

In a heat-resistant dish, add some of the bechamel sauce, then the pasta, add the meat sauce and evenly with the rest of the bechamel sauce. Garnish with mozzarella and ketchup.
Bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
