In my miracle pan from AMWAY (I have to brag about it too, no) I dripped a drop of oil, I placed the meatballs {I took the composition between the wet palms, making some spheres (not to mention balls) -I flattened and then passed them through flour} to "fried", until browned on both sides. Almost ready ... I served it with tomato slices over which I sprinkled only salt and oregano (you couldn't even eat tomato without oregano) and with warm bread, made by ALTETA SA, INTELIGENTA.

If you follow the recipe below you will get some delicious baked meatballs! I made them from minced pork (fatter meat and breast) at home. I got 14 small meatballs (about 4-5 servings).

Recipe for boiled potato meatballs: ingredients and preparation


  • 1 kilogram of white potatoes
  • 1 white onion
  • 30 grams of margarine
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, garlic powder to taste

Method of preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Put them in a pot filled with water and add a pinch of salt. Boil the potatoes for about 30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and mash them with the mashed utensil. Add the margarine, finely chopped onion, chopped parsley and the rest of the spices. Mix the composition well until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Form balls of the obtained composition and flatten them slightly before placing them on a stretched tray, covered with baking paper.

Insert the meatball tray into the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.

Serve fasting meatballs from boiled potatoes with tomato sauce or plain as such. They are delicious, filling, healthy and easy to digest. Good appetite!

From the obtained composition, form meatballs of the desired size, and roll them in flour, then fry them in an oil bath. A healthier alternative to these meatballs is to bake them in the oven until they catch a crust on the surface.

Meatballs with cream sauce and sweet jam. The meatballs are fragrant, delicate, very juicy and with an impressive taste. The children are very excited. The ingredients are the simplest and are very easy to prepare.


-300 gr ground beef

-300 gr minced pork

-3 slices of fresh bagel (50 gr)

-1 teaspoon salt (not full)

-150 ml of cream for 20% cream

-100 gr of cranberries (or wicker)


1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and pass them with a fork until you get a puree.

2. Cut the crust into slices of bread and soak the core in milk.

3.Cut the onion into small pieces, then chop it with a knife.

4. Pour a few tablespoons of oil into the pan, add the onion and fry until soft and lightly browned.

5. In a bowl, place the minced meat, add the fried onion, well-squeezed milk bread, minced garlic, egg, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well.

6. Add the mashed potatoes and stir once more. The taste of potatoes will not be felt, the puree will only make the meatballs even more delicate. Refrigerate the meatballs so that the meatballs retain their shape better during frying.

7. Take 1 teaspoon of toast and form the meatballs. From this amount of ingredients you get 50 meatballs of 20 gr.

8. Fry portions of 10 meatballs, over high heat, until browned on all sides. If you fry them all at once, the meatballs will leave juice and suffocate instead of frying.

9. Transfer the meatballs to the pan and put them in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.

10.Prepare the creamy sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sifted flour and mix well.

11. Gradually pour the soup and stir continuously until smooth.

12. Add the whipped cream, stirring constantly, then season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. The sauce should not be too thick, to flow from the spoon. If necessary, add more soup. Bring the sauce to a boil and remove the pan from the heat.

13.Prepare the jam. Put the fresh or frozen fruit in the pan, add the sugar, put the pan on the fire and bring the mixture to the boil. When the fruits leave the juice and become soft, pass them through the blender and boil the jam until it becomes dense. Let it cool.

Place the meatballs on the plate and serve them with creamy sauce and jam, which makes the dish even more interesting and appetizing. As a garnish you can prepare a mashed potato.
