Cookie-in-a-Jar Mix Recipe

One 16-ounce Mason jar (for dry ingredients)

One 4-ounce Mason jar (for wet ingredients)

1 ¼ cups blanched almond flour

¼ teaspoon Celtic sea salt

¼ teaspoon baking soda

½ cup dark chocolate chips (73% cacao)

¼ cup grapeseed oil

¼ cup agave nectar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Baking instructions tag, for finishing

Decorative ribbon, for finishing


Place dry ingredients in the 16-ounce Mason jar. Place chocolate chips on top of dry ingredients in Mason jar. Place wet ingredients in the 4-ounce Mason jar. Print or write out the below cookie baking instructions on a tag with a punched hole. Tie a decorative ribbon around the larger jar and tie on the tag.

Cookie Baking Instructions

Place dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix well to combine.

Roll cookies into 1-inch balls.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Press balls to flatten.

Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

Let cool for 20 minutes and serve.
