Terina with cheese


I always hear about this terrine and since I've never eaten it, I dared to make it myself and so as not to spoil the recipe, I chose the simplest one (from TV); I think I kept it too long in the fridge and the beet color entered the cheese

  • 1 red beet
  • 100g bellows cheese
  • 1 string of green mint or 1 tablespoon dry
  • leaves from 2 strings of green onions
  • 1 cucumber
  • food foil

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Terina with cheese:

Peeled beets are boiled (must be soft), meanwhile, line the bowls with cling film and cheese mixed with mint and finely chopped onions, after boiling the beets, cut into thin slices and put in the bottom of the bowl and on the edges, put the cheese in the middle, level the surface, put a round of beets and gather the foil, put in the fridge for a few hours until serving, uncover the bowl, turn over on the plate, then take the foil is served with cucumber slices
