Baked chicken legs and potatoes
Place the chicken legs and diced potatoes in a stove tray. Add the oil, sliced garlic and season to taste. Put the tray in the oven, on the right heat, until the thighs and potatoes are lightly browned.
Grease the thighs with tomato juice and leave them for another 15-20 minutes. Optionally, add a little green parsley, freshly chopped.
Serve hot, with appetite!
