When you are in a hurry and hungry, such a simple recipe can be put on the table in the blink of an eye. You can even make a salad with it, and it will take less than 20 minutes. Be careful when melting the cheese and make sure it is not too hot.


    300 g tagliatelle 90 ml semi-skimmed milk 150 g soft goat cheese, with medium fat content 2 teaspoons finely chopped tarragon 6 thinly sliced ​​green onions 3 tablespoons roasted and chopped hazelnuts salt and pepper

Boil the pasta for 10-12 minutes or according to the instructions on the package, until it is al dente.

Meanwhile, heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat. Add the cheese, crushing it, and mix until it melts. Do not let it boil, because it will be cheesy.

Remove from the heat and add the tarragon and green onions. Season to taste.

Drain the pasta well and transfer to a plate. Add the cheese sauce and mix well. Sprinkle over the hazelnuts and serve.

P r e p a r a r e:
For starters I prepared the pancakes: I drank eggs well and added yogurt.

I also added flour (I had wholemeal) and salt. I homogenized the composition as well as possible.

I baked the pancakes, thicker, in the pan, on one side and on the other. I got 8 in my 22cm diameter pan. So juggle milk and flour depending on the size of the pan.

I boiled the chicken and cut it finely, transversely on the muscle fiber.

I shaved the telemeau on the grater with small holes.

I mixed the chicken well with the telemeau, I filled the pancakes and I rolled them. I cut off the ends and then shaped the rolls. They are very good and especially consistent.

The cucumber rolls with cream cheese, dill and caviar were very successful on my holiday table, so I had to prepare them twice -)
According to an idea from Libertatea magazine for women no. 52/2012.

1-2 cucumbers Fabio,
200g fresh cow cheese,
150ml liquid cream,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
sea ​​salt,
dill for garnish,
pink caviar.

1. Wash the cucumbers, wipe and cut-with all the peel-slices, along, very thin.

They must not be transparent, but not too thick, they cannot be rolled or, worse, they can break when rolled. Sprinkle the slices with sea salt and leave in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, on a large plate, to leave the water. Be careful what you put them in, if you don't want to find cucumber juice in the whole fridge: P

2. During this time, mix the cottage cheese with liquid cream, add the olive oil

It can be served at 12 o'clock and at 24 o'clock depending on the circumstances :). It is a layered salad that I love because it tastes fresher. The quantities are approximate.

  • 1/2 boiled chicken breast
  • 3-4 boiled potatoes
  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers
  • 1/2 celery
  • 2-3 boiled egg whites (optional)
  • 200g cheese
  • 250g mayonnaise in which I put 2 tablespoons of sour cream (you can replace with yogurt)
  • salt pepper

1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. We put the potatoes, cucumbers, celery, egg whites, cheese on the large grater.

Put a little lemon juice over the celery so that it doesn't oxidize.

2. Place a layer of potatoes, season with salt and pepper, chicken, season, cucumbers, egg whites, celery, cheese, and finally potatoes. After each layer (I did not put even after each) we put mayonnaise in a thin layer.

I like to vary the eternal garnish with potatoes and that's why I'm always looking for alternatives among vegetables. That's how I came up with a combination that was at least bizarre, but which had a happy ending from a culinary point of view.

P r e p a r a r e:
I cleaned the chicken breast of bone and skin, washed it and seasoned it with salt and pepper.

I prepared the vegetables, washed and cleaned them.

In a heat-resistant dish (in my case the faithful yena bowl) I put the diced zucchini, finely chopped pepper, carrots and onion slices and coarsely chopped tomatoes. Over I placed the chicken breast, slices of apples and sprinkled rosemary. I put it in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the chicken was ready, over medium heat (170 degrees in the gas oven). the cucumbers are cut into thin slices and placed in cold water with a little vinegar so that they can be easily shaped.

Appetizers based on puff pastry are always welcome, which is why when you prepare them it doesn't hurt to prepare a few double portions, so that you are insured for 3-4 days, at most one week. You never know when someone will step on your doorstep and it takes a long time to put something on the grill or in the pan. The reheated pies remove any housewife, clean headscarf.

We prefer fresh butter bought directly from the producers' store, even if the dough doesn't grow as spectacular as when you used margarine.

Step by step recipe

  1. Roll out the dough into sheets using the rolling pin. Portion sheets, using a well-sharpened knife or rotated with a handle, according to the size of the baking tins.
  2. Grease baking pans with fresh butter.
  3. Laying dough sheets into molds. Prick dough sheets with the tip of a fork.
  4. Place fillings in molds, in the dough sheet glued to the baking tin.
  5. Grease the cheese-based fillings with beaten egg mixed with a little sour cream.
  6. Insert baking trays in the hot oven of the stove. Baking over the right heat takes until the puff pastry is browned.
  7. Serve puff pastry, as appropriate, as a hot appetizer or as a sweet, cold dessert.

So, for each kilogram lost, 10 days of consolidation will be held. For example, if you have lost 12 kg, the duration of the consolidation phase will be 120 days. Only in this way can you keep your weight under control, without subsequently assimilating the kilograms lost in the diet. According to studies conducted by Dr. Dukan and his team, the percentage of those who returned to their initial weight after finishing the diet is very small, compared even to other known diets.

Also, keep in mind that your program will include one day a week dedicated to pure protein(PP), to help maintain a stable weight. Although Dr. Dukan makes references to "Holy Thursday," you can choose any of the days of the week for PP.

What foods can we eat at this stage?
