these plums are somewhat similar to our golds ... they are very big and round ... and sweet .... I also received some and because they were already very ripe, I thought of making some jam from them .. .and well I did that very good came out ....

RECIPE PREPARATION Plums jam (ITALIAN PLUMS):

I peeled the plums and took out their seeds, then sprinkled them with the sugar and left them for about 2 hours, until almost all the sugar melted.

I then put them on high heat for about 15 minutes until they started to boil and frothed, then I turned on the low heat and boiled them until they were well bound.

At the end I added water, because it comes out a bit thick. Initially I wanted to add lemon juice, but it doesn't need it anymore, because although the plums are very sweet so fresh, the jam comes out quite sour ...
