Homemade chocolate


Delicious and not at all ... innocent :)))) so please in moderation, if you can refrain :)))
This chocolate has a creamy and slightly crumbly consistency.

  • 400 gr sugar
  • 200 gr butter
  • 200 ml water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 10 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 esente rom
  • 1 vanilla essence
  • 500 gr milk powder

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Homemade chocolate:

Make a syrup of water and sugar on the fire and let it boil for a while, add the butter and mix until it melts, then the liquid milk in which I added the essences in time.

Remove the bowl from the heat and incorporate the cocoa and then all the powdered milk, mixing well with a whisk.

We introduce the vertical mixer and we homogenize the composition very well.

Grease a tray of Jena with butter and then pour the chocolate composition. Leave to cool for at least 6 hours or better all night.

The next day we cut it and serve it. It is cut much easier and more beautiful if you put the tray in the freezer for 25 minutes before serving it.
