A soup with seasonal fruits (they can be any kind of fruit), which you can pick from your friends' yard in the country or buy from the market. Try apple soup and you won't be disappointed ....

  • 4-5 apples
  • 1 yolk
  • 1-2 tablespoons starch
  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 5-6 cloves
  • 200 ml sour cream

This soup, especially adored by children, is very easy to make ....

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.

Put 2-3 l of water with a little salt to boil. When the apples are ready, add them together with the cloves and cinnamon.

Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix the yolk with the starch, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Add a pinch of hot soup, mix and turn the composition into soup that will give one more boil.

The soup is ready ... it can be served.
