The mushroom ciulamau no longer needs any sophisticated introduction, words to "sell" it. Because that's exactly what its name says: a cream-based stew with the most fragile and enticing fruits of the forest.
And if you don't even have time, you can prepare it from canned mushrooms, canned ....

  • 2 cans of chopped mushrooms
  • an onion
  • 2-3 strands of green onions
  • garlic
  • pepper paste
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • green parsley
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushroom ciulama:

Peel an onion, grate it and sauté it in a little oil.


Add a good tablespoon of pepper paste then the chopped mushrooms. Fill with water until it passes over the mushrooms.

Match the taste of salt and pepper and let it boil.

When they are all cooked, mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of flour and a little water until all the lumps disappear. Add the rest of the cream and pour over the mushrooms, always turning.

Add the chopped green parsley and bring to a boil.

It can be served with polenta or fresh soft bread taken from the oven.
