Pour a small polish from the composition, spread evenly by tilting the pan a little. Fry the pancake for a minute, until the edges become crispy and the composition penetrates. Turn the pancake over with a wider knife and fry for another minute. If the first pancake is too thick, add more water or milk to dilute it. Then take out the pancake on a plate and repeat the process with all the remaining dough. Don't forget to grease the pan every 2-3 pancakes. When you're done frying the pancakes, grease each with a generous layer of cream cheese and top with your favorite jam. You can run them or fold them. The combination is simply delicious.

Pancakes with bananas and jam

I don't think this recipe is necessarily part of healthy recipes, but it certainly is part of tasty recipes and we have to worry a little more. However, it is much healthier than the sweets found in the market. They should be eaten in moderation because they are high in carbohydrates.

Ingredients 10 servings of pancakes with banana and jam
& # 8211 1 liter milk 3.5%
& # 8211 2 eggs
& # 8211 flour (approximately 300-350 grams)
& # 8211 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
& # 8211 3-4 bananas
& # 8211 100 grams of jam (any type).

How to prepare pancakes with bananas and jam
Mix the milk well with the eggs and vanilla sugar. Then gradually add the flour and mix constantly with the whisk.

Once all the necessary flour is incorporated, a soft composition (similar to cream) must be obtained.

Heat a Teflon / ceramic pan, put a drop of oil in it, add a polish from the composition, rotate the pan so that the added composition spreads evenly on the bottom of the pan.

Leave it to fry over medium heat, and after a while it turns on the other side (either thrown up, for those who know how, or with a wooden spatula, for those who do not want to risk :)).

After it is done on the other side, it is turned over on a flat plate.

Repeat the operation until the composition is finished. I got 20 pancakes out of the quantities mentioned in the ingredients.

After we have finished making all the pancakes, we start the activity of & # 8220filling & # 8221 :)).

First, peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices.

Then, take each pancake separately, grease it in half (thin layer, so as not to be too sweet) and add a few slices of banana over it.

For those who have patience, I can do some more fun things and with a more beautiful presentation of 2-3 pancakes.

Take 2-3 pancakes and cut out what shapes of cookies you have around the house (I used a star and a heart).

After cutting as many shapes as you want, couple them in pairs and fill them with various. It will result in a delicious dessert / appetizer, fun and very nicely presented :).

  • 250 gr flour

For preparation pancake batter, boiled beets, cooled and cleaned, pass through a blender and turn into puree.

Mix the eggs sprinkled with salt and pepper, then add the beet puree, milk and flour. Homogenize the composition and dilute with mineral water.

A slightly denser composition will be obtained than with classic pancakes.

Let the pancake dough with beets rest for 10-15 minutes.

Grease the pan with a little oil and put it on the fire. With the help of a polish, a thicker layer of dough is spread over the entire surface of the pan.

The beetroot pancakes are well browned on both sides, turning them slightly with a spatula, so that they do not break.

Allow to cool, then fill with cream cheese.

Serve nicely cut & icircn slices.

Pancake ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of mineral water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil

You can also prepare pancakes according to your own recipe.

Ingredients for the filling

  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • green dill / parsley (optional)
  • salt
  • tuna (canned, in its own juice has a low amount of sodium)

How to proceed

Rub the eggs with the salt powder and gradually add the liquids - milk and mineral water. Then, in the rain, add the flour and at the end the 2 tablespoons of oil. Set the composition aside for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, with a blender or fork, mash the cottage cheese with the cream and salt. At the end, add the finely chopped green dill.

Allow the pan to heat well, adding or not a drop of oil. Pour the polish from the composition in the center of the pan, then evenly mix the entire surface. Leave the composition for about 1 minute, then turn. Do the same with the rest of the composition.

When cooled well, the pancakes can be filled. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each pancake, over which you add, evenly, tuna, and roll well and tightly. Place on a plate, cut into rolls and serve as such.

An appetizer rich in Omega 3 fatty acids

Tuna is an important source of Omega 3 fatty acids with anticancer properties and benefits to the cardiovascular system.

Omega 3 fatty acids also protect the lungs (against asthma), the brain (protective against Alzheimer's disease and cognitive decline) and the joints (protective against arthritis).

In addition, tuna contains selenium, a component of a powerful detoxifying enzyme in our body called glutathione peroxidase. Tuna is also a good source of B vitamins and an important source of folic acid.

For appetizing pancakes

When you start to prepare the dough for pancakes, it is good to put the mound-shaped flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle in which to put the eggs. It is important to do this in order to avoid the formation of lumps: the flour on the edges will slide towards the center, will come into contact with the eggs and will gradually get wet. At the end, the dough should be smooth and homogeneous. If lumps persist, pass the composition through a sieve.

Before frying the pancakes, the dough should rest between 30 minutes and an hour, to be more elastic and the flour to be perfectly hydrated.

The pancake dough can be customized according to use: with rum, with Grand Marnier, with calvados, with vanilla, with cinnamon, with cocoa… May be accompanied by a garnish, provided that it is very fine: peeled citrus peel, fruit brunoise, finely chopped dried fruit.

If the pan is not hot enough, pancakes do not fry enough, remain white and are difficult to handle. If it is too hot, the dough coagulates, cannot be handled and boils before being spread. It is therefore mandatory to perfectly control the heat intensity.


1. Prepare the dough for the pancakes: mix the eggs with the milk, add the pumpkin puree, salt, sifted flour and mix.

2. Fry thin pancakes on a hot pan. You should get about 10 pancakes.

3. For the filling, pass the cheese through a sieve and mix it with the powdered sugar.

4. Grease the pancakes with sweet cheese and roll them into rolls. Cut the rolls in half and arrange them in a high temperature resistant form, previously greased with oil. Put a few pieces of butter on top and sprinkle with sugar.

5. Place the rolls in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

How to make pancakes & # 8211 basic recipe

Not infrequently I was surprised to find out that recipes that seem very simple to me, give others big headaches. This is what happens with pancakes, which for me are one of the easiest recipes, and others find it very complicated and avoid making them. From my point of view for pancakes you only need a little patience, directly proportional to the amount of dough, to stick to the stove until you finish baking them all. Otherwise, the recipe itself is so adaptable on the go that it does not really pose any risk.

I leave below the ingredients and quantities for the basic recipe. But know that when it comes to pancakes, almost nothing is nailed down. Mineral water makes them a little fluffier, but they also work just as well with milk or just water. It binds quite well and if you put 2 eggs instead of 3 and then let the dough rest. Moreover, there is even a recipe for fasting pancakes, which uses only mineral water, flour and a drop of oil. And they come out perfect.

If you plan to make sweet pancakes, which you can fill with jam, honey and nuts, chocolate, ice cream, vanilla cream or any other sweet filling, you can sweeten the dough with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and you can perfume / aroma with vanilla or grated lemon peel. You may as well replace a small portion of the flour with cocoa and you will get pancakes & # 8220brunete & # 8221.

If you make savory pancakes, stuffed with meat, cheese, spinach, mushrooms, cabbage, etc., you can season the dough with a little more salt, a little pepper, parsley or finely chopped dill. So any combination is possible and allowed.

Good appetizer, from Maslenița: pancakes with cream cheese and red caviar

This appetizer has a fine texture and melts in your mouth at how good it is. I took the recipe from the local food blogger Sabina Rusnac, who knows how to deal with delicious food. By the way, according to tradition, young people who want to have children this year are recommended to eat pancakes with red caviar this week.

Mix eggs and salt in a blender. Then add the milk, gradually the flour, and finally the oil.

Grease the pan with an oiled napkin (only the first time) and fry the pancakes on one side, then on the other - as long as they are brown and beautiful. Let them cool.

Spread a sheet of pancake with the inside on top and grease it with a thin layer of cream cheese. Roll the pancake and place it on a flat plate or wooden bottom. Do the same with the others, then put them in the fridge to harden a little.

Place the pancake rolls on a wooden bottom and cut them all into pieces about 2 - 2.5 cm high. This way you will get some equal mini-rolls.

Place them on a plate and press full red caviar on each roll.

Pancake filling

We chop the chicken breast and put it in a bowl. Cut the onions and mushrooms into cubes as small as possible and lightly fry them in oil (5 minutes). We pass the cheese through a grater. We put all the prepared ingredients in the chicken mince bowl, salt and pepper to taste.

Add the egg and egg yolk. Mix the ingredients well. The pancake filling is ready. Now we can fill the pancakes with this mixture, then fill the chicken with them. Put the pieces of butter between the pancakes. That is, we "build" the pancakes inside the chicken skin.

Cream cheese for breakfast

A faster breakfast can't even be invented! In addition, no chemicals, only natural products. And the child will no longer have to be asked to eat, he will ask for another portion alone and with great pleasure!


1. Mix the cheese with the cream and beat well with the blender - the cheese must be homogeneous, without lumps.

2. Continuing to beat, pour in the condensed milk. You need to get a fine and homogeneous cream. Pour the cream into glasses or special shapes.

3. Cut the fruit into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. Arrange the fruit on top of the cream cheese and serve immediately.
