From the quantities given in the recipe, 98 simple cookies came out - probably a few more would have come out if I hadn't made the first round! They are excellent, my son would have eaten them all like that, empty, he even seemed slightly disappointed when I glued them with cream and told him that this is how they are eaten! :) For the filling I used a ganache that I had in the fridge from some truffles made recently and it was ok - the ganache was with cranberries, orange peel and a little Grand Marnier and it didn't hurt them with cookies, so I encourage everyone to play with the flavors, the result is a positive one - the cookies are fine and delicate in taste, so they allow fantasy fantasies in terms of cream.

If it's about cranberries, orange peel and Grand Marnier, we can say that you made a kind of delicacy pallets :) I mean some pallets besides which the ones found in the communist confectioneries look like poor relatives from the country: D I was too small to give the importance of the cream in the pallets at the time, but I tend to think you are right: their cream was based on butter. In fact, margarine-based, considering that butter was a near-luxury ingredient (I remember sitting in huge queues a few times to buy it).
I used that lazy ganache not to make another one, I have no scholarly or refined excuse. :))))) And as far as I can remember, that cream with margarine (you're right, not butter) came better on the pales, it fit better with the texture of the cookie - my opinion, of course!
