How to make the coconut and nutella cake

Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume.

Add the oil slowly while continuing to whip, then add the flour and coconut flour.

Finally, pour the milk with the dissolved baking powder inside into the coconut cake mixture.
(Coconut flour is commercially available in more or less fine forms, which absorb liquids in different ways: if the dough seems very liquid, add a few more tablespoons of coconut flour.)
