RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken steak with green garlic:

Let the meat penetrate over medium heat. Cut the garlic and tomatoes into pieces. When the meat is well penetrated, add the garlic, tomatoes and spices. Leave for about 30 minutes on low heat. I served it with new potatoes and donuts in vinegar.


  • 1.5kg chicken
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Oregano to taste
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 50ml oil

How do we prepare the chicken recipe on the lid?

Grind or grind the garlic, mix with the paprika, salt, pepper, oil and mix very well. With this composition, grease the chicken very well everywhere and inside.

Put half a cup of hot water in a pot. Cover the pot with a simple but turned lid. Put the seasoned chicken on the lid and bake for 1 hour at the right heat, ie at 180 degrees.

My advice:

-the oil can be replaced with greasy butter a few cubes, aromatic herbs to taste, instead of garlic you can use grated ginger, or paprika.
It can be served with a garnish to taste, salad, beet salad.
We served it with mashed potatoes and beetroot salad.

Chicken steak with caramelized apples

Baked chicken is served hot with caramelized apples in orange sauce.

Baked potatoes with asparagus


As a garnish for steak or even as a main course for dinner, baked asparagus potatoes are light and delicious.

Ingredients for baked asparagus potatoes:

1 kg of new potatoes, cut in four
250 g asparagus cut into 5 cm pieces
2 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

pepper

How to cook baked asparagus potatoes:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Put the oil, balsamic vinegar and salt in a pan. Add the potatoes and mix to combine well, then bake for 20 minutes.

Beef steak with broccoli sautéed with crispy garlic and oyster sauce

The steak made in a well-heated cast iron pan is so simple and delicious that it leaves you speechless with amazement & salivation, but dumb! And the garnish is a special one, which goes great with the steak and its sauce. The quality of the meat is also important, preferably a beef raised with grass, matured.

Ingredient roast waist:

  • 4 x 225 pieces of waist moss
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 65 g butter
  • 200 ml water
  • salt and pepper

In a cast iron skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium heat until it sizzles and turns light brown. Increase the heat and put the meat. Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes for a medium steak, depending on the thickness (4 minutes at a thickness of 2 cm).

Put the meat on hot plates and let it rest. Put the water in the pan still on the fire and let it boil. Scrape the bottom with a spatula and mix well. Season to taste. This is the sauce. Before serving, salt and pepper the meat.

Ingredients sautéed broccoli with crispy garlic and oyster sauce:

  • a captain of 500 g broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 finely sliced ​​onion
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • salt and pepper

Broccoli breaks from the main stem into small bouquets. Boil a large pot with water and salt. When it boils, put the broccoli bouquets in the water and cook for two minutes, timing from the moment the water starts to boil again. Drain and immerse in ice water or under a stream of cold water.

Heat a tablespoon of oil and when hot put the garlic slices, stirring constantly. Leave until golden brown and crispy, but be careful not to carbonize. Remove with a whisk and place on an absorbent napkin.

When serving, heat the other tablespoon of oil and sesame oil. Cook the onion for about 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and mix carefully. Put the fish and the oyster sauce and at the end the garlic slices. Serve with beef steak. Good appetite!
