We prepare this preparation every after Easter (and over the year, when possible) because we have eggs already prepared. It is done quickly and is consistent. It can be served as such or with sour cream.
- 8 boiled potatoes
- 8 boiled eggs plus 3 raw eggs
- 300 g goat cheese
- 300 g kaizer
- 150 cheese
- salt, pepper, thyme, basil, cumin (all to taste)
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION French potatoes, smoked:
The potatoes are cleaned, washed and boiled. Boil eggs (I used red dew, already prepared). When they are ready, cut the rounds. Grease a rectangular yena tray with butter and start assembling: at the base a row of sliced potatoes, grated cheese, sliced eggs. Press lightly by hand so that the layers settle. Next is the diced smoked meat, grated cheese and the last layer of potatoes. On top add 3 well beaten eggs, mixed with a tablespoon of grated cheese (keep before), and grated cheese. Pour over the preparation and evenly evenly. Add thyme, basil, a little pepper and cumin. Bake for 20 minutes. During the assembly of the preparation, we match salt, pepper, according to everyone's taste.

Recipe of rustic potatoes with smoking is one that I really like. The truth is, I love potatoes. I have loved it since I was a child and I admit that fried foods are my favorites. Because I don't cook them very often, I try to find other ways to prepare potatoes. I especially like the peasants because they are composed as well smoked, another favorite ingredient. In addition, they are easy to make, you can use any kind of potatoes and they are very tasty.
I used new potatoes because it's their season and because I feel like they're tastier. Of course you can use any potatoes you have at home. It is important to cut them into equal pieces to cook evenly. For extra flavor, I added a few sprigs of rosemary in the potato water. I like its taste with potatoes. You can easily skip it if you want to use it. Boil the potatoes in three quarters so as not to crush them too much when they are mixed with the other ingredients.
And if we talk about the other ingredients, let me tell you something about the most important, smoking. I used smoked pastrami from turkey pulp, but you can put any smoke you want. But the smoked turkey pulp is very fragrant and has little fat. I like the taste of smoke, not the fat, so it's perfect for my taste. Onions can also be white or red, and if you want, you can also add green onions. The idea is that you can customize the recipe for smoked peasant potatoes as you see fit.
For a beautiful color, but also for taste, I added sweet paprika. You can also use hot paprika, for a variant of spicy smoked peasant potatoes. After mixing the potatoes with the onion and smoked, leave them on the fire for about 5 minutes. Make sure they are completely cooked and season them well with salt and pepper. 1. Boil the potatoes in salted water and peel them while they are warm. Allow to cool and slice the potatoes. Dice the ham, boiled eggs and cucumbers.

So the job is "oval", meaning straight, as the term says to my grandmother, in the small Transylvanian village and once it is safe, it is certainly not the case to grab anyone's rebukes of conscience, let's better we take our cooking T-shirts and get to work.
French fries do not fall into this category, but they are too tasty to be left untested.
They do not fit well due to their high content of lipids and cholesterol, and people who have problems with their values should not test them or consume very few.
Other people can test them without problems, but with the specification that it would be better to consume only one portion a day and not to do this more than twice a week.
In addition to lipids and cholesterol, French fries contain significant amounts of calcium, phosphorus and other minerals, vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates.

A serving does not contain many calories, if we compare it with existing fast food products and does not contain any food additives (a Big Mac has 510 kcal and over 10 additives).
