Apple cake

It is a cake that is made quickly (it takes longer to bake), but I assure you that it will turn out delicious!

  • ingredients
  • 6 large apples 3 eggs (medium)
  • 1 cup sugar (200 gr sugar)
  • 1 cup flour (measure with the cup with which you measured the sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon filled with baking powder
  • 1 tip of baking soda knife
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • rum essence, cinnamon (optional)

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


1. Mix eggs with sugar until they become like a cream and the sugar has melted.

2. Add the oil and essences to your liking.

3. Give up the mixer and add the flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda (in the rain). A fairly strong composition must come out.

4. Cut the apples into cubes and place them in a tray with removable walls, lined with oil and baking paper. (I used a tray with a diameter of 26)

5. Pour the composition over the apples and mix.

6. Put in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 55-60 minutes (You can test with the toothpick)

7. After it has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar.
