Crispy slices with turkey meat


The turkey breast is cut into slices suitable for slices.

Meat dishes are children's favorites. Great tragedy if we ever have a meatless day. :)) This is how I constantly have to vary the recipes to come up with something new, not necessarily because they ask for it, but because that's how I feel. :))

This time, because I wanted something good and fragrant and because I wanted to respond to the challenge launched by Teo and afaf.ro, that of creating my own mixture of spices, I made these crispy snacks.

300 g turkey breast
2 eggs

oregano
rosemary
hot pepper flakes
paprika
lemon powder (prepared as orange powder)
salt
freshly ground pepper
sesame
Flaxseed

Place the breadcrumbs over the spice mixture and mix well.

The meat is cut into narrow strips.

Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt.

The meat strips are passed through the beaten egg, then through the flavored breadcrumbs. Cover well with breadcrumbs on all sides. Then place in a tray lined with baking paper.

Put the tray in the oven over medium heat for about 40 minutes, during which time they will return to the other side.

Extremely simple to make, they can be served with any garnish you like or simple, with tomato salad with basil.

Crispy schnitzels

1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the pieces of meat in a bowl, sprinkle with a teaspoon of lemon juice, cover and set aside for 5 minutes. Separately, in another bowl, mix the egg with the milk and a pinch of salt. The cornflakes are placed on a grinder and crushed with a pie grinder.

2. The pieces of meat are given through flour, then through the egg composition and then through the crushed flakes. Press lightly between your palms so that as many flakes as possible catch the piece of meat and fry it in hot oil. Fry on both sides, then remove and drain on an absorbent napkin.

3. Meanwhile, garnish the plates with 2-3 lettuce leaves. Then add the schnitzels and serve with lemon and tomatoes. Garnish with finely chopped green parsley.


3. Turkey schnitzel with Marsala wine

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage, crushed salt
  • black pepper
  • 8 small turkey breast schnitzels (approx. 500g)
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 100 g mushroom mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 4 tablespoons Marsala wine 4 tablespoons water

GOOD TO KNOW As with chicken, there is a danger of salmonella, so fried meat must always be well penetrated.

1 Mix flour, sage, salt and pepper on a plate. Give the schnitzels through this mixture, shake off the excess flour. Peel the onion and cut it into slices, peel the mushrooms, wash them, cut them into quarters.

2 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Put the schnitzels in the pan and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and cover on a plate.

3 Melt the butter in the same pan. Add the mushrooms and onions and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, until soft. Add Marsala wine and water, bring everything to a boil, at the same time removing the toast from the bottom of the pan. Put the schnitzels back in the pan and heat. Then arrange on a plate, pour the sauce over them and serve immediately.

The ingredients needed for four servings of rice schnitzel are as follows:

  • 150 grams of round grain rice
  • 50 grams of preserved chickpeas
  • a capsicum pepper
  • 50 grams of parmesan

  • a tablespoon of homemade white breadcrumbs

The step by step preparation for the rice schnitzel recipe is presented below:

  1. Prepare the breadcrumbs at home as follows: Leave two slices of white bread to dry in the kitchen overnight. The next day, preheat the oven to about 200 degrees Celsius for half an hour. When the oven has warmed up enough, place the slices of bread in an oven tray, bake the bread for five & ten minutes on a suitable heat of about 160 degrees Celsius or until it browns nicely on the surface and acquires a uniform brown color. , be careful not to burn the bread because you will have to start over. When it is ready, take the bread out of the hot oven to stop the burning process and pass it through a blender until you get a fine breadcrumbs. INGREDIENT:

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Cut the meat into portions and beat them on both sides with a kitchen hammer.

Advice. Wallpaper the mincer and cover the meat with bags or plastic wrap.

2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Transfer the yolks to the meat bowl, add salt, paprika, black pepper and starch. Mix very well.

3. Add the egg whites to a clean bowl and beat with a pinch of salt until you get firm tips.
