A light, delicious salad, which is prepared quite quickly and gives you extra satiety.
- 200 g penne,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 1 green bell pepper,
- 200 g chicken ham,
- 1 yolk,
- 3 teaspoons classic mustard,
- 10 ml oil,
- salt pepper,
- lemon juice,
- green parsley

PREPARATION METHOD Pasta penne with mustard sauce:
Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and rinse with cold water. The mustard is mixed with the egg yolk and the oil poured into a thin thread like mayonnaise. After the sauce has set and risen, add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Put the pasta in a bowl, over them add: diced peppers, sliced chicken ham and mustard sauce. Mix well and leave to cool until ready to serve.
A food that can be served for lunch, dinner but also as a quick snack.
Fasting pasta with white sauce
Fasting pasta with white sauce is a super creamy pasta and very easy to prepare! We do not use sweet cream for the creamy white sauce, but coconut milk! Yes yes, you read that right! Delicious and very creamy coconut milk.
For the recipe of Fasting pasta with white sauce, I chose to use gluten-free pasta, but you can use your favorite pasta for this recipe, whether it is long pasta (spaghetti / tagliatelle) or short pasta (penne, fussili, snails). We boil the pasta directly in the sauce, and this helps it to bind even better. Why? Thanks to the pasta starch!

Ingredients for 4 servings of fasting Easter with white sauce
- a small white onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons Primadonna extra virgin olive oil
- 400g Freshona coconut milk
- 500ml vegetable soup
- 250g gluten-free pasta Combino
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 50g fresh spinach (baby spinach)
We cut the onion very finely. We pass the garlic through the press or cut it very finely.
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil. Saute the onion for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, or until translucent. Add the garlic, cook for another minute, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the entire contents of the canned coconut milk. We mix very well. Pour the chicken soup, add the lemon juice.
Put the spaghetti broken in half, mix. Leave everything on medium heat, 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and we have a creamy sauce. We don't forget to stir often, so that the spaghetti doesn't stick to the pan.
When the pasta is almost cooked, add the spinach, mix. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes, over low heat. We match the taste of salt and pepper. Recipe of Fasting pasta with white sauceis ready!
Fresh pasta with homemade pesto sauce
For lovers of fresh basil taste, these pastas are ideal! Much healthier than those full of fried foods, meat, etc., pasta with pesto sauce is extremely suitable in diets. If you want to fast them, just don't add any more cheese.
1. Fresh pasta is boiled in salted water (without oil) according to the instructions on the package. In the case of homemade pasta, it is good to test it from time to time, because the flour influences the cooking time.
2. In a blender, place the basil and chop at high speed. Pine seeds are fried over low heat if they are raw and added to the mixture, along with garlic, parmesan, pecorino and a little olive oil (it can be made without pecorino, which is rarely found in our country). Mix at high power so that the mixture turns into a paste. Depending on the preferences, it can be finer or larger chopped. Gradually add more olive oil, while the taste is balanced with cheese, oil or pine nuts.
3. After boiling, drain the pasta well, without washing it under running water. Place directly in the serving bowl and add the homemade pesto on top. Serve hot. After cooling, they can be reheated in the oven or even served cold.
Baked meatballs in mustard sauce
Who doesn't like meatballs ?! But if we improve them and make meatballs in the oven in mustard sauce, they will definitely be rainbow on the palate.
We always aim to eat as healthy as possible, but it doesn't seem to work out every time as we set out to do and we get rid of our heart's desire.
This is what happens every time, I propose to eat more balanced, healthier, fat-free or sugar-free from tomorrow, but I don't know how almost every time the account at home does not match the one at the fair!
Today a friend asked me to make some meatballs and being quite warm outside, for a limited time I said that the only viable option to finish them in time and get rid of the heat and smell is to put them in the oven and I did well! But as the calculation doesn't quite fit the order, I had a few left, which I directly improved with a mustard sauce and served with some seasoned potatoes, also baked.

Ingredients for meatballs:
- 700 g minced pork
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 2 medium eggs
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 small red or yellow onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients Mustard Sauce:
- 20 g white flour
- 30 g butter with 82% fat
- 250 ml milk with 3.5% fat
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of classic mustard
- 1 tablespoon mustard with mustard seeds
- 1 knife tip of grated nutmeg
- 100 ml cooking cream with at least 32% fat
Preparation for meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
Peel the garlic and pass it through the garlic press or chop it very finely.
Put the minced meat in a bowl over which we put the rest of the ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
We slice 20-25 meatballs and make balls into them. Put them on a tray lined with baking paper and put them in the oven for 15-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
Preparation for mustard sauce:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the flour, mix until incorporated and continue to cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the salt and gradually pour the milk, stirring in one without stopping until it thickens and finish all the milk. Then we put the cream.
We put both types of mustard and set aside. The sauce will have to be quite light, because they will also absorb the meatballs.
We put the meatballs in the sauce, bring to a boil and they are ready to serve. Good job and good appetite!
Pasta with carrots and parsnip and mustard sauce
First, I have to start by telling you that this recipe pasta with carrots it's made by my father. He came up with the super-original idea to make some root sauces for pasta and I really liked it, so I decided to share it with you. The recipe is somewhat different from the pasta he normally makes.
