Baked pepper stew with sour cream
Baked pepper stew with sour cream is a simple and delicious dish.
- 500 g bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 200 ml sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked pepper stew with sour cream:
Bake the peppers on the plate or in the grill pan.
When they are baked, put them in a plastic bag and leave for 10 minutes.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut into strips.
Peel an onion and cut it into cubes.
Cook in oil.
Add the pepper slices, then add the sour cream.
Keep it on the fire for another 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, with polenta and pickles.
