Beef salad


Mayonnaise

Boil only 3 eggs, and at the other 2 separate the yolk from the egg white.

After they have boiled (the yolks must be hard), crush them with a fork, then add the other 2 raw yolks and mix them with a wooden spoon. Start by adding a little oil and stirring constantly; add from time to time a teaspoon of mustard and a little lemon juice. Mix and add oil until you get the desired amount.

Cut the egg whites from the boiled eggs into pieces and put them in the salad.

Salad

Peel the potatoes, carrots and chicken breast, boil in separate bowls.

After they have boiled, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. All the other vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, donuts) and chicken breast are also cut into cubes.

Boil the Mexican vegetable mixture for ~ 15 minutes.

Drain the peas in the juice.

Add all this in a large bowl, mix lightly with a wooden spoon and add mayonnaise.
