Apple roses

Cut the dough into 4 strips 3-4 cm wide.

The apple is cut into very thin slices.

Dip the apple slices in boiling water for 2 minutes (I missed this step).

Grease the dough with caramel - half a strip.

Put the apple slices. They overlap slightly. Grease them with a little caramel.

Lift the other half of the tape over the apples.

Roll each band from one end to the other to get a rose.

They are not very successful because the slices were too hard :))

Put the roses in muffin tins, powdered with sugar and bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 °.

Serve simple, with powdered sugar or cream
