1. Boil the meat for 20 minutes.

1. Peel, wash and dry the potatoes. Try to choose potatoes about the same size, from a variety that does not boil.

3.Cut the washed and dried meat into large pieces. It would be best to use young animal meat, which is prepared quickly.
4. Heat the pan or tuciul on high heat (we prepared the food on the grill, but you can also cook it on the stove in the kitchen).
If you want to check how hot the pot is, soak your fingers in the water and sprinkle the bottom of the pot with it. If the vessel is hot, the water will not evaporate immediately, but will remain at least a drop, which will walk on its surface for a few seconds.
5.Pour a moderate amount of oil into the pan / tuci. Put the pieces of meat in the bowl (in a single layer). Fry them on each side for a minute, until golden brown.
If a piece of meat happens to stick to the dish, press it a little with a spoon. This will release a little juice and peel off easily.
6. Add the potatoes to the pan / tuci. Mix with a large spoon so that they are all immersed in oil. Fry them for a few minutes, until they brown a little, stirring regularly.
7.Prepare the meat and potatoes with salt and ground black pepper. Spread the onion on their surface.
8. Pour a small amount of water (we used 200 ml) on the edge of the bowl.
9. Reduce the flame and cover the pot with a lid. Simmer the food until it is ready: about 25-30 minutes, but it may take more or less, depending on the quality of the meat and potatoes. Stir periodically (once or twice).
10. Take the food off the heat and transfer it to a plate: first the potatoes, and then the meat mixed with the onion.
11. Sprinkle with chopped greens and serve with great pleasure!

Cover with a lid and let the miracle simmer until the meat softens. If necessary, add more salt or pepper to your taste. You can finally add a few tablespoons of sour cream for those who want.
