Guguluf of meat and mushrooms, dressed in bacon

Guguluf of meat and mushrooms, dressed in bacon

The meat is minced through a meat grinder.

Chop the mushrooms on a wooden bottom, as well as onions.

We grind the garlic and we soak the bun in milk.

In a bowl mix the meat, mushrooms, well squeezed bun, mustard, tomato paste, paprika. Add eggs and chopped parsley and mix well.

We match the taste of salt and pepper.

Grease the guguluf form with butter and cover with breadcrumbs.

Place the slices of bacon nicely on the walls of the baking dish. (this time I didn't have too many, but next time I will completely wallpaper the walls of the vessel for greater safety when the hood will have to be rotated)

Put the meat mixture, press lightly by hand and put in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for about an hour.

Now ... my meat was semi-frozen so it left a little water, I really recommend you to put about..30ml of water. This way the meat will not become dry after cooking.

When it is nicely browned, take it out, let it cool for 5 minutes and gently "squeeze" the meat, then with a firm movement we turn the hood over on a large tray, lined with baking paper and put it back in the oven for 30 minutes. The bacon on the outside will brown nicely.

Good appetite!

I can only tell you that everything was eaten at one table;)
