Mix the dry yeast in the warm milk with the sugar.

Put flour and salt in a bowl or bowl of the food processor and mix.

Add the egg yolk, sour cream and butter and then gradually incorporate the milk with the yeast.

Knead for 10 minutes until you get an elastic dough.

Add a little flour if necessary.

Cover the dough and let it warm to double its volume for 1h 30.

After 1h30, flour the work surface, knead the dough a little.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and fold it like a puff pastry: bring the left side towards the center, cover with the right side, lift the lower part towards the center and raise the upper part above.

Cover the dough and let it warm for 30 minutes.

Make the 2nd fold.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, sprinkle grated cheese on top: bring the left side to the center, cover with the right side, lift the bottom to the center and lift the top on top.

Cover the dough and let it warm for 30 minutes.

Make the 3rd fold - the same fold 1.

Cover the dough and let it warm for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin - it should be 2cm thick. Use a knife to draw horizontal and vertical lines.

Cut the dough into a shape and place it on a plate covered with baking paper.

Grease them with beaten egg white and decorate with grated cheese, poppy seeds, sunflower, sesame, etc.

Put them in the hot oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes (depending on their size).

Let them cool a bit and serve.

Very good, the taste of cheese is not strong.

Goodies from the Sibiu Christmas Market 2013

Because I didn't like to write and especially to show what I ate at the Christmas Fair in Sibiu this year, on Ghiocel07, I thought that this is the perfect place. A very well arranged stand, with appetizing food that smelled. # 8230. Better not tell you.

I think you can imagine yourself.

Fish, ciolan, sausage of several varieties, ribs & # 8230.

A little closer to see the look and price.

And where we could enjoy french fries and stuffed donuts if not in front of huge jars of pickles.
