Pizza with peppers and pineapple
Pizza is a dish that is supposed to have originated in Italy. It is a flat bread, usually round, covered with tomato and cheese sauce, plus other optional toppings, baked.
Pizza comes from the Latin word pissa which means flat bread.

RECIPE PREPARATION Pizza with pepper and pineapple:
Make the dough, leave it to rise and divide it into 3 equal portions.
Grease a form with oil, spread the dough, add the sauce, and the rest of the ingredients in the order above. Sprinkle basil and oregano on top and sprinkle with oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Pineapple compote juice is only good to drink at the end.

Pan-fried pork tenderloin with bell pepper and pineapple
Are we trying another Asian-flavored recipe? Pan-fried pork tenderloin with all sorts of delicious flavors: three kinds of sauces, pineapple, bell peppers and the indispensable onions and garlic. As a suggestion to serve, place the food on a plate on a bed of greens (salad, arugula, etc.) and add a little lemon.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius.
Bake the peppers on the stove flame, cover for 10 minutes, then peel and seed. It is important not to wash them, as you will soften their aroma.
Place slices of baked pepper, mozzarella and goat cheese on the pizza top.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheeses melt and the top is browned.
At the end, sprinkle the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with olive oil.
Duck curry with pineapple
1. For the pasta, soak the hot pepper in a small bowl of water for 30 minutes. Put 2 tablespoons of water and the remaining pasta ingredients in a blender and mix until a paste is formed.
2. Heat a dry pan over high heat. Put the duck breast and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Cut into thin slices.
3. Clean the pan, add the oil and put it on the fire. Add the pasta and cook for 2 minutes. Add 100 ml of water, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, tomatoes and 2 teaspoons of coconut cream. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add the pineapple pieces and slices of duck meat, and leave for 1 minute. Add the basil and the rest of the coconut cream, then serve with rice.

Crown pizza with cheese and sausages
It has nothing special as the filling but by the way of assembly, ie some sausages placed on the perimeter and forming a crown.
I wrapped them in coca, sectioned, I should have twisted them with the section up but they still form a nice crown. The piece of sausage is fixed in a dough mount.
It is a good solution for edges that usually remain empty and often remain uneaten on the plate.
Ingredients for two servings (28 cm tray).
Classic pizza dough according to the classic pizza dough recipe
1 egg yolk for greased crown
Classic cheese 300 g
Sausages 300 g (I had mutton sausages)
Grilled chicken breast 200g
Large red bell peppers
Green bell pepper-1 large
Huge red onion-1
Concentrated tomato paste-3 tbsp (catch-up, something homemade & # 8230)
Oregano 1 + 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper-1 teaspoon grated
Prepare the pizza dough according to the recipe: classic pizza dough
Divide it into 2 balls and in turn form each pizza.
Spread the dough with your hands or with a rolling pin.
Spread the dough a little more than usual, about 3 cm more, to have room for folding the edges over the sausages, as in the photo.
Also prepare a baking paper on the table.
Preheat the oven to 200grd.
Tear off a larger piece of paper so that the top fits well and there is less space left so that we have reason to grab the paper when we transfer the pizza to the baking tray.
Place the sausages long on the circumference. They can be replaced with cheese wands.
Wrap the sausages with the dough from the edges.
Cut the roll into pieces about 1.3 cm thick.
Turn each cut piece with the section up if you have time to carefully if not just section it as I did.
Using a silicone brush, grease the crown with yolk and the rest of the yolk.
Mix the broth with the spices, thinner with water if it is too thick.
Grease the top in the middle to the crown with the aromatic broth.
Then put the meat into thin slices: grill with salt and pepper / pastrami / ham / sausages.
Sprinkle with grated cheese (I laugh at the robot), half as much as. a pizza.
Over the cheese we put thinly cut rings of peppers and onions. Place pitted and sliced olives on top.
Carefully pass the pizza on the large baking tray, here you will see the usefulness of the baking paper, carefully grasp the paper and move the pizza on the tray.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven, about 25-35 minutes at 200 degrees, until it browns nicely.
TIPS: If you want to twist the sausages upwards, then you have to keep in mind that the diameter increases and it has to fit in the tray.

Donuts with pineapple
The stuffed donuts are a tasty and surprising dessert for those who taste them. The surprise consists of the pineapple slices in the middle, whose texture and taste match perfectly with the fluffy and delicious donut dough.
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml yogurt
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 sachet baking powder
- 100 g butter
- a pinch of salt
- 500 g of flour
- frying oil
- a box of sliced pineapple or a whole pineapple
- powdered sugar
Mix the eggs with the yogurt, cream, sugar, butter at room temperature and mix well. Sift the flour and place the salt and baking powder over it. Pour the mixture previously made and knead a firm dough. Leave the dough to rise for half an hour.
Drain the pineapple juice or peel the pineapple, if using whole pineapple. Remove the wood core as well.
Roll out the dough after it has risen in two sheets. Put the pineapple slices and add the other sheet over. Cut on the edges of the pineapple slices with a bowl or cup.
Fry the donuts in an oil bath. Drain the oil and powder the donuts with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
Pork with bell peppers and pineapple
Today I propose an exotic dish of Asian origin: pork with bell pepper and pineapple, a combination that I am sure can satisfy even the most demanding tastes.
For the preparation you need the following ingredients: 250 g minced pork, lean 125 ml vegetable soup 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 1 bunch green onion 250 g pineapple, diced 2 hot peppers, green 200 ml ketchup 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare ingredient: Cut the bell pepper into strips and finely chop the hot pepper. Cut onion into slices, pineapple cubes, prepare your ketchup, sugar, oil, vegetable soup, and have all the ingredients at hand to start cooking.
Preparation of pork with peppers and pineapple: Heat the oil in a wok and add the minced meat. Let it brown over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it becomes crumbly and acquires a golden color. Add the bell pepper, pineapple, hot pepper and brown them with the meat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then pour the vegetable soup into the wok, add the ketchup and simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the sugar, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then simmer for another 5 minutes.
At the end of the 5 minutes, add the green onions, stir and let it boil for another 3 minutes. Extinguish the fire and you have the preparation ready.
Put in plates and you can serve with rice garnish with vegetables (preparation of rice with vegetables).
