I cut the eggplants into cubes and I pulled them in the pan with the hot pepper slices, then I put them on a napkin to take away the excess oil. I chopped the garlic and added it to the bowl in which I put the eggplant, then salt, parsley, mixing very well. I sprinkled parsley on top and poured yogurt on top.
