We leave the chickpeas in enough water until the 2nd day.
On the 2nd day, rinse it under running water, boil it in enough water (2 fingers on top) over low heat and boil it until it is ready. We stop in a cup a little juice in which we boiled the chickpeas and 2 tablespoons of chickpeas for decoration. Put the beans in the food processor / mincer. After which we thin it with a little juice from the cup. Let it cool and add the two tablespoons of sesame paste, add salt, add the juice of half a lemon, mix and set aside for 15 minutes. .
Separately in a pan, put the oil, when it is hot enough add the crescent onion and crushed garlic, add a little salt, let the onion soften, add the paprika, hot pepper flakes and a tablespoon of broth, let it cook for another 5 minutes we match the salt. On a plate, place the chickpea and sesame paste, add the composition from the pan, garnish with the chickpeas and a lot of chopped parsley. It can be sprinkled with olive oil. It is served with sticks and the other half of lemon cut into 2 slices. Enjoy!
