Grease the pan with margarine. Add evenly, on the entire surface of the tray, chopped / crushed walnuts (not ground!).

Preheat the oven.

Wash the eggs and separate the egg whites, which you beat together with the sugar and a pinch of salt. When they are well beaten, add the flour gradually, and at the end the baking powder quenched with lemon juice. Pour the composition into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes. To be sure, check the countertop with a toothpick. Anyway, it bakes very fast.

When the top is baked, let it cool and then turn it over so that you have the walnut layer on top.

Cream

Beat the 6 yolks well with the sugar and vanilla, then add the milk and boil on a steam bath, stirring constantly. When it thickens, let it cool and gradually add the margarine, mixing with the mixer.

Attention: the cream must be just warm, otherwise it will cut!

Assembly: Spread the chocolate cream evenly over the overturned top and then the yolk one.

Decorate as you like.
