Rice is a food with a high energy value for the body: 60 g of raw rice brings 212 calories, almost equal in value to pasta, which brings 225 calories to 60 g consumed. Rice is quickly absorbed in the intestine and is therefore recommended for enteritis patients. It is good to eat fresh vegetables and fruits.

Chocolate Rice Pudding

Put the rice in the boiling salted milk, along with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Simmer, stirring constantly, until done. Hot, divide it in two and incorporate, on one side, white chocolate, grated, and on the other, caramel chocolate, grated.

Mix well until the chocolate is completely melted. Allow to cool, then incorporate the raisins into the white rice and the walnut-colored rice (optional). Pour the composition with white chocolate, in a pan, greased with butter, level and let it cool for 10 minutes, then the one with caramel chocolate, level and let it cool again for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream by mixing the cottage cheese very well with the sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks, flour, and at the end, incorporate the raisins (optional). Pour into the pan over the last layer of rice and level.

Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, pour over the cream and form ridges with the back of a spoon.
Put in the hot oven, for 20-30 minutes, at 160 degrees or until the meringue hardens and browns a little.
Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.

If you want to serve it cold, after garnishing, put the tray in the hot oven, to melt the chocolate sprinkled over the meringue.

Every ingredient in this dessert has an important role. First of all, milk.

We chose a type of vegetable milk that matched the ingredients we used, so the rice and coconut milk was exactly what we were looking for. If you are not fasting or do not have a vegan lifestyle you can use your favorite milk.

The bounty bars have a coconut cream coated in chocolate, so I put chocolate in the bounty rice pudding to keep the same theme.

To make milk with rice you can use round grain rice, but it can also be replaced by long grain rice.

The cooking time of the rice is indicated on the bag or box. Try not to overcook the rice, so as not to get a porridge. It should stay al-dente and even if it seems to you that when you turn off the fire there is too much liquid, do not be afraid because it will be absorbed in 10-15 minutes.

I do not wash the rice in a lot of water because I want to keep the starch in the grains, which brings creaminess and consistency. Rinsing once is enough.

When I do milk with rice I don't use water for boiling rice at all, but I noticed that in vegetable milk recipes the rice is creamier if it is boiled in water at first.

For flavor I used bourbon vanilla sugar and natural vanilla essence. Into the Bounty rice pudding aromas of orange, lemon, rum or cinnamon do not work.

The sugar must be white. Brown or coconut sugar would color the dessert and the idea of ​​layers in white and brown colors will not be kept.

1 l rice milk with coconut (or any other type of vegetable milk)

1 sachet of vanilla bourbon sugar

1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence

80 g coconut flakes

80 g dark chocolate & # 8211 organic

I prepared the ingredients at hand so that everything would go fast. I put the sister in a sieve and rinsed it a little under running water.

I boiled the water. When it boiled I added the rice. I let it boil until it evaporated.

I added sugar and salt, then poured the milk.

I added Bourbon vanilla sugar, then vanilla essence. On my rice bag, the indicated cooking time was 18 minutes.

I let it boil for 15 minutes, then I added the coconut flakes.

I also poured coconut cream. It has the same consistency as sour cream.

Given that it stopped boiling, being cold, I timed the rest of the fire state from the moment it started boiling again.

When the 3 minutes were over I stopped the fire. I took out 500 g of rice with milk and coconut in another bowl. I melted the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and put it in the bowl with less rice.

I mixed until the composition was homogenous, then I mounted the dessert in glasses.

I put 1 tablespoon of rice with milk, coconut and chocolate in each glass. If you have cylindrical glasses you can divide the amount of rice with chocolate into 8 equal parts, so that the layers have the same height.

I leveled with a teaspoon with a long handle, then I divided the rice with coconut into glasses, taking into account that I do not have to fill them, because at the top I was going to put the rest of the rice with milk and chocolate.

I decorated it with coconut flakes.

I could not resist this dessert and I ate it warm.

Bounty rice pudding it is delicious and filling. I didn't need dinner anymore.

How is semolina pudding made, how long do we bake it and how do we serve it?

For the semolina pudding recipe, we start with a simple semolina with milk. In it we will add the rest of the ingredients, and at the end we will put separate eggs. Because it is a pudding, we will bake it in the oven and we will also need the beaten egg whites to make it airy and with a perfect texture. I also added raisins in the composition, but you can omit them or replace them with candied oranges, cranberries or candied cherries. And apricot jam can be replaced with any other light jam, such as oranges, peaches or figs. Quince is also good. Obviously you can omit it, but it seems to me that the dish smells great.

After you have incorporated the egg whites, the semolina pudding is baked in the oven over low heat until it thickens. It's ready when it "shakes" like a jelly, but is not liquid. Being a kind of soufflé, it will grow in the oven and will be left in the first minutes after we take it out of the oven. It's normal, don't worry! According to your preference, you can serve it hot, warm, at room temperature or even cold. I like it at room temperature, but it's wonderful and cold. You can serve it with jam, chocolate or simply as such. It is good and with a little sour cream the sugar cane or a little mascarpone.   1. we put the milk on the fire. When it starts to boil, add the rice and let it boil until it draws all the milk. You can also use water instead of milk, but I wanted it to be more nutritious. It is also a wonderful food for children, with the mention that maybe it is good to remove the kaiser from the scheme.
  2. Let the rice cool.
  3. separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
  4. mix the yolks and mix them with the rice. Add the grated cheese (or crushed with a fork) and the grated cheese.
  5. We also add the kaizer.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, only if necessary. I did not add salt because the cheese and kaizer salted enough pudding.
  7. then lightly incorporate the egg white foam. Lightly homogenize with a silicone spatula.
  8. cover with butter a heat-resistant dish (25 & # 21520 cm), then add the rice mixture.
  9. leave in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until browned on top. Let cool slightly, then serve. It is just as good either hot or cold. Long live the friendship between the Romanian people and the Chinese people!

Rice is a staple food during fasting periods. You can cook rice with Chinese-style vegetables (as we were talking about Chinese) or some `traditional` peppers stuffed with rice and mushrooms. They are satisfying and, at the same time, delicious dishes. Another solution in fasting: basmati rice with hazelnuts and raisins.

The milk, will be boiled in a saucepan, along with caster sugar and vanilla sugar.

When it reaches the cooking moment, it will be added rice washed in 2-3 waters (cold water) and boil for approx 30 minutes (as long as the rice grain will be soft-flowered).

Oranges, they will be peeled with a well-sharpened knife (like a ribbon, without the white part, which is bitter).

A few pieces of Orange peel will be put over the rice that boils with the milk (taken out after about 2-3 minutes), as well as the juice squeezed from a single orange (the second orange will be kept for decoration).

Near the end, it will be added butter, mixing lightly with a spatula.

Rice pudding, it will be turned over in small bowls, decorated with a little cinnamon (optional), with orange slices and a leaf of Mint for decoration (optional).

Optional, pan rice pudding, can be transferred to a round Jena bowl, lined with butter and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, for about 10-15 minutes (to make a gratin face).

Rice pudding with oranges, it can be served immediately or cold.
