Ripe apples - Philips Multicooker
I love the baking function because it allows me to achieve something sweet and good in the shortest time! Because we have prepared them for BBk, the content of the ingredients is reduced to a minimum, but you can make any combinations you want! They are just as tasty!
- 4 suitable apples
- 100 g butter
- 50 g of golden raisins
- a teaspoon of cinnamon
- optional: grated lemon and orange peel and 4 teaspoons of honey (although apples are sweet enough)

RECIPE PREPARATION Ripe apples - Philips Multicooker:
Wash the apples well and remove the back, taking care not to crush them. I chose to keep the peel, but you can clean it if you don't want it. I placed them in the multicooker bowl, I added the butter cut into small cubes and the raisins, including the inside of the cleaned apples. I sprinkled ground cinnamon on top. I chose from the MENU the BAKE function at a temperature of 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
All we have to do is wait for it to ripen!
The smell is delicious :) Not to mention the taste!
Baked apples with cheese
step 1. Apples are washed and cleaned, do not try to remove everything, there should be a little peel left.
step 2. Cut the apple cap.
step 3. Sprinkle with apples to avoid blackening.
step 4. Raisins should be left in hot water for 5 minutes. Beat the cheese with the blender, at the highest intensity, to obtain a very fine consistency.
step 5. Mix with raisins.
step 6. The inside of the apples is pressed with cinnamon and a little honey.
step 7. Fill the apples with the cheese mixture.
step 8. Cover the apples with the lids and put them in the preheated oven at 190 C for 40 minutes.
step 9. It is a very suitable dish for children. Good appetite!
Compote peach cake
As summer is far away and the cold season is approaching, it is time to take the compotes out of the pantry and use them to prepare delicious desserts. Today we will try to design an amazing tart with peaches, using them from compote. It's not a very sophisticated recipe and it doesn't require expensive ingredients, that's why this compote peach cake will please everyone. You need the following ingredients for the preparation of the tart: 5 fresh eggs, 350 ml of oil, 250 g of powdered sugar, 350 g of cake flour, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, a little grated orange or lemon peel, 4-5 peaches of compote , half an envelope of baking powder, a little salt and cinnamon. The oven must be preheated to a temperature of 165 degrees Celsius, during which time the peaches are cut in the shape of a crescent (if you have preserved them whole, remove the seeds), separate the egg whites from the yolks of the 5 eggs (from the yolks and oil a mayonnaise is made, and from the egg whites a foam is made together with the vanilla sugar and the powdered sugar). Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix, adding the lemon and a little salt. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and the egg white foam, over which the previously prepared flour is added until a dough is formed. The obtained dough is placed in a tray lined with butter and flour, leveled and placed in the crescent-shaped peaches, which were sprinkled with cinnamon. Place the tray in the oven for 35 minutes. After this cake has been baked with compote peaches, it can be served with ice cream or whipped cream.

Delicious and healthy oat bread in a multicooker is simply prepared if you knead the dough correctly for it. Oatmeal will definitely attract all family members. It can be used for sandwiches for breakfast or served separately for dinner. Storage of rolls is allowed up to 5 days, during which time the taste and quality of the product does not deteriorate.
