In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar, then add, one by one, one egg, mixing well after each one.

The flour is mixed with the baking powder and the mixture of cinnamon and coriander and added to the composition.

Then pour the dark beer, grated orange peel and raisins and mix. Put the mixture in 6 smaller shapes or in a large one, greased with butter and lined with flour.

Let the cakes cool a bit in the forms, then take them out on a grill. Serve the cakes with caramel sauce and powdered sugar sifted on top.

Put the sugar in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Place the pan on low heat until the sugar caramelizes, taking care not to darken too much in color. We are careful not to burn ourselves because at this moment the caramel will increase its volume and will shrink. Stir gently and bring the bowl back to the heat. From this moment we leave the caramel on the fire depending on how thick we want the sauce to be, taking into account that it hardens after it cools down (I kept it on low heat for about 3-4 minutes). Put the pan down and let it cool.


Bread recipe with beer - ingredients and preparation

Ingredients for a bread:

  • 85 grams of butter
  • 350 milliliters of beer at room temperature (blonde or brown)
  • 4 tablespoons honey (85 grams)
  • 380 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

The type of beer should be chosen according to your preferences: if you want to get a lighter-tasting bread, then choose blond beer. If you want to use brown beer, then the bread will have a stronger taste, slightly bitter.

Important to remember: beer is used at room temperature, not directly from the refrigerator!

Method of preparation:

It takes 5 minutes to put the ingredients together and another 45-55 minutes to bake the bread. In less than an hour you will enjoy a delicious and healthy bread with beer, without E's and other strange ingredients. You can eat it with scrambled or boiled eggs, soups, stews or greased with a little butter - a delight!

1) Turn on the oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking tray measuring 23 x 13 centimeters, 6 centimeters high: grease it well with butter and cover with baking paper (the edges of the baking tray should be covered with at least 2 centimeters of paper).

3) Mix the wet ingredients: beer and honey.

4) Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well with a spatula. You do not have to mix very much, but only enough to homogenize the composition. Otherwise, the dough will become elastic and dense and you do not want this to happen.

5) Put the dough in the pan and lightly level the surface.

6) Place the melted butter over the dough in the pan. Put the tray in the oven and bake the bread for 45-55 minutes, until it gets a nice crust.

7) Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Take the bread out of the pan and let it cool on a grill.

Beer bread can withstand room temperature in a plastic bag for up to 3 days. If you put it in the freezer, it can last up to 3 months. But there is a low chance that you will resist the scent of freshly baked bread, so we wish you good luck!

How is it prepared:

Add 800 g of sugar to the composition, stirring gently.

Put the remaining 200 g of sugar on the caramelized fire, then pour a small amount of the prepared liquid over the obtained paste. Mix well and pour into the beer pot.

Leave to cool for a short time, then add the dissolved yeast.

Pour the house beer into bottles using a funnel, leaving a few inches free under the cork.

Cream and cocoa cake is one of my favorites. The recipe is very simple, that's why I prepare it quite often. I don't have to spend too much time in the kitchen and I don't need too many ingredients. You can also try this recipe if you want to quickly prepare a delicious dessert.

Countertop ingredients:

  • 5 eggs, 170 gr sugar
  • 100 ml of water, 100 ml of oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder, 300 gr flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Cream ingredients:

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar, using a mixer. Then add water and oil. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and add it to the egg and sugar mixture.

Cook the two sachets of donuts with milk and sugar, following the instructions on the package.

In a tray lined with baking paper pour more than half of the dough and smooth it evenly. In the remaining dough, add the cocoa powder and spread the mixture over the dough in the pan. While the pudding is still hot, pour it into the pan evenly.

Place the tray in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. You can do the toothpick test to see if the cake has been in the oven long enough. Insert a toothpick in the middle, if it comes out clean it means that the cake is baked. When it is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool.

Beat the whipped cream with the mixer until it hardens, then spread it over the cold cake. Cocoa powder was sprinkled on top. Cut the cake into thin slices and serve with a cup of coffee. Good appetite and increase cooking!


Black beer cake and cream cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Grease a tray and line it with baking paper. Put the beer in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then add the cocoa and baking soda and mix. He's on fire.

2. Mix the sugar and eggs in a bowl. Add sour cream, then hot mixture and mix well. Incorporate the flour and add the salt. Pour into the pan and bake for 40 minutes, until it rises and is firm to the touch. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and allow to cool completely.

3. Meanwhile, put the cream cheese in a bowl and add the sugar. Beat well until a cream forms. In a separate bowl, beat the sour cream and add over the cream cheese.

4. When the cake is completely cold, cut it in half, horizontally and spread the icing over the lower half of the cake, then put the other half on top.

The other day I got in my way, not a leprechaun, but a tweet that led to a recipe for black with Guinness beer. I remembered it, saying it was the best dessert for March 17, St. Patrick's Day, and the Irish holiday everywhere. Together with my consort, I adapted the original recipe, adding, among other things, the missing greens. That is, some pistachios, lightly fried and then crushed into small pieces. I reduced the sugar and replaced almost all the white flour with almond flour. His Guinness I kept it completely, I even put a little more. And here's what came out:

What do you need?

  • 7 egg yolks
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 mL Guinness drink
  • 100 g of almond flour
  • 30 g white flour
  • 15 g (1 sachet) baking powder
  • 50 g peeled pistachios
  • 50 g of black cocoa
  • 40 - 50 g low-fat cocoa (with 11% cocoa butter).

How do you proceed?

Peel a squash, grate it and fry it in a hot oven at 200 ˚C for 10-15 minutes, then crush it.

Beat the yolks well with the sugar and a pinch of salt until the sugar is completely incorporated.

Add the beer and mix until smooth.

Incorporate, one by one, under continuous mixing, almond flour, cocoa, crushed pistachios, white flour, baking powder.

/>The obtained paste is poured into a tray (measuring 29 × 21 × 5 cm or 24 × 17 × 5 cm & # 8211 in which case the cake will come out a little higher) lined with baking paper and bake 25 - 30 minutes, in the preheated oven at 180 ˚C. The blackberry is ripe when it has passed the "toothpick test".

/> After cooling, remove from the pan and cut into the desired shape. It can be served cold or hot, with or without the addition of cream, cream or ice cream. It best fits hot blackberry (heat the piece of cake 15 - 20 seconds on maximum power in the microwave) with vanilla ice cream or, better, pistachio.

Chocolate cake and black St. Patrick's beer

Preheat oven to medium heat, 180 degrees. Grease a pan with butter and set aside.

Put a large double-bottomed saucepan on the fire to boil a cup of black Guinness beer and a cup of butter. Add cocoa powder and stir until well dissolved. Set it aside.

Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and ¾ teaspoon of salt. Separately, beat the eggs and cream together. Add the mixture of Guinness beer and chocolate to the eggs, then mix the dry mixture of ingredients until smooth.

Pour the chocolate composition with dark beer for St. Patrick into the greased pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Allow to cool well, cut and remove the cake from the pan.

For the chocolate icing: melt the chocolate in a bain marie and mix with the liquid cream and coffee. Pour lightly over the cake with chocolate and Guinness beer and serve with loved ones, Irish or not, St. Patrick's Day, or any other day of the year.
