In a bowl, mix the margarine with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt powder ... Mix well until the composition turns white, then add the eggs one by one and mix after each one. Then add flour mixed with starch and baking powder. Then add about 50 ml of 75 ml milk.

The resulting composition is divided in two ... in the one in which we put the cocoa to be 5-6 tablespoons less and also in the cocoa composition add the rest of the milk, mix well.

The tray is being prepared ... I chose a cake tray that I greased with oil and lined it with flour. I started to put in the center of the form a spoonful of white dough over which I put a spoonful of brown dough. It is placed only in the center ... alternating the compositions until it is finished. Each bowl should have its own spoon, of course.

Put the tray in the preheated oven, at a temperature of 175-180 degrees ... 45-50 minutes ... until the toothpick comes out clean ... I kept it for an hour and about 10 minutes ... toothpick test ... don't open the oven door for the first 20 minutes ... because you don't have to, even: D

When it's ready, take it out to cool ... I turned it over and waited for it to cool ...: D Leave it to cool, powder it if you want ... I skipped this step ...

And now ... the much desired and long awaited section of me ... I spun around like a tiger ... waiting for it to cool down and cut it ...

Don't eat hot, or hot ... don't do another deed! : D




Quick check with apricots and chocolate - simple and tasty

The apricot cake has a slightly sour top, not too sweet, it is moist, fine and very tasty. The fruity look can be complemented with chocolate chips, dried cranberries or walnuts.

Ingredient:

1 sachet of vanilla sugar (or 3 teaspoons of liquid vanilla),

1/2 sachet of baking powder,

½ cup of chocolate chips, walnuts or dried cranberries, as desired

Preparation:

Prepare a cake pan (it can also be a 24 cm diameter form) that is greased with a little fat and lined with flour. The oven is heated to 180 C.

Peel a squash, grate it and mix it with flour or starch. If the fruit is sour, you can add a tablespoon of sugar before adding the starch.

To prepare the top, first melt the butter, which is then left to cool.

Beat the eggs using a whisk, then add the sugar and vanilla and continue mixing until the eggs are light in color.

Add the melted butter and cream, then the flour and baking powder, and mix until the composition is homogeneous and will have the consistency of homemade cream.

Add the chopped apricots and chocolate chips and mix gently, with movements from bottom to top, for an even distribution of the fruit in the composition.

Pour the dough into the wallpaper. The fruits that reach the top are lightly pressed inside so that they are covered with dough. Bake the cake for 45 minutes (depending on the oven and the size of the tray).

It is ready when it comes off the edges of the tray slightly and passes the toothpick test.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving and garnish with apricot slices of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g brown sugar, or other natural sweetener
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g of flour
  • 100 g figs, (fresh or dehydrated)
  • 15 g walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g of different fruits, fresh, dehydrated, jam or compote
  • peel from 1/2 orange, finely chopped
  • peel from 1/2 lemon, grated,,, or other,, butter and flour for form

Steps needed to prepare

  1. If you use dehydrated fruit, leave it in a bowl of water for a few hours (preferably overnight).
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  3. Mix the butter and sugar until a homogeneous foam is obtained.
  4. Then add the 4 egg yolks, one by one, then the walnuts, figs, fruits, spices, orange peel and lemon zest.
  5. Mix and add the flour & rdquo & icircn rain & rdquo and mix p & acircnă c & acircnd the flour is & icircncorporated & icircn composition.
  6. Whisk the egg whites and add over the composition above the mixture, slowly from top to bottom.
  7. When all the ingredients have been homogenized, pour the composition in the form of a cake greased with butter and lined with flour.
  8. The shape should not be too full to allow the cake to grow.
  9. Bake on the right heat for about 40 minutes, try with a toothpick (the shape must be moved very slowly, so as not to & rdquodesumfle & rdquo).

Serve after it has cooled.
The cake can be glazed to your liking or garnished with coconut flakes, crushed walnuts, etc.
