Mango and coconut jelly cubes


Saturate 4 people I say with this cake, but I do not guarantee, you might like it a lot and hide it in the attic! :))))

Mango is washed, peeled, cut into pieces, put in a blender, along with orange juice and puree.

Put cold agar powder in the cold water and stir continuously, put the pot on low heat and keep it until it starts to boil. Always mix for a maximum of 5 minutes, until it dissolves perfectly, add the sugar, mix well and then the mango puree.

We will keep another two boils on the fire and immediately pour in the form of a yena. Let it cool a bit but not for long.

We prepare the agar again, taking care that this time, being less liquid, it evaporates faster, we add the sugar, the salt and immediately the coconut milk.

Remove the bowl from the cold, and with the help of a spoon, lightly pour the second layer.

We immediately put it in the cold and wait a few hours before slicing the jelly.

I had a more transparent coconut milk (homemade) next time I will try with ready-made milk I bought, this for a whiter color.

500 g fillets of salmon
lemon juice

Method of preparation
