Baked chicken legs


... and some chicken meat ... in the oven

  • 4 chicken legs
  • the water
  • White wine
  • rosemary
  • thyme
  • garlic
  • salt
  • aluminum foil :)

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked chicken legs:

Wash the meat and put it in an oven-resistant container.

Add 2/3 glasses of water. Add a few sprigs of rosemary, thyme, garlic.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40/50 minutes at 200 °.

After this time, remove the meat from the oven, take the aluminum foil and put a large glass of wine. Leave it in the oven without covering for another 20-30 minutes until it browns well.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.

I served it with white cabbage salad and dill

you put salt at the beginning or at the end; I prefer without salt :)
