Green bean salad
To make the salad I needed a few passes of beans, I had yellow beans from that in a row. I cut the heads of the birds, then cut the sheaths in half, washed them and threw them in a pan and boiled them. As always, I still recommend healthy cooking, namely we will not boil the beans too much. I let it boil exactly as the water boiled for another 5 minutes, then I stopped the fire. In order to enjoy the nutrients in vegetables, they do not have to be cooked at all. It is enough to soften a little, otherwise the vegetables must remain a little crispy. So I didn't let the bean pods boil at all, I just let it soften a bit.
I took them out in a sieve to drain the water and then I seasoned them to taste with marjoram, white pepper, salt, allspice and oregano. I added a drop of extra-virgin olive oil and another drop of balsamic oil.
