Melt the chopped white chocolate together with 50ml of liquid cream, also in the microwave. *Put the chopped chocolate and liquid cream in a plastic bowl. We are going to put the dish in the microwave. After approx. every 5 seconds, remove the bowl and mix the chocolate. Repeat these steps until the chocolate has completely melted. Leave in the oven for 5 seconds, remove, mix well, and leave in the oven for 5 seconds, etc. It is important to check it as often as possible, because it burns very quickly.

Assembly: The first top will be the one with walnuts, then we put half of the cream, we cover with the poppy top, we put the rest of the cream and then we put the top with coconut. Pour the melted dark chocolate and spread it evenly, then with the white one draw lines as in the picture below.

Leave the cake to cool overnight, then slice it with a hot knife.
