Countertop-mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt until it becomes a foam, then add the sugar and mix well.
Mix the yolks with the oil and add them over the egg whites, mix well, then add the flour mixed with the baking powder, grated chocolate and mix well.
Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and put in the oven until it passes the toothpick test.
Let it cool very well after which we will cut it.
Cream- Mix flour with cocoa and a little milk.
Mix the rest of the milk with the sugar and put it on the fire, when it starts to boil add the mixture, let it boil stirring continuously until it thickens, finally turn off the heat and add the broken chocolate pieces, mix and let it cool very well.
Mix the whipped cream and then add the cooled cream and mix well.
assembling-place the first sheet-syrup-I added whipped cream mixed with jam, the second sheet -syrup -chocolate cream-sheet-syrup and let it cool for 30 minutes after which I decorate as you like.
