  • 300 gr pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr sour cream
  • bacon
  • basil

RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta with baked bacon:

We started by boiling the pasta, we boil them according to the instructions on the package, but stirring occasionally in the pasta so that it doesn't stick. In another pan, fry the bacon. Be careful NOT to put oil in the pan in which we fry the bacon because it leaves fat in the pan and after that it will be difficult to drain it of oil.

In a bowl I put eggs with sour cream and flour and mixed them until they have the consistency of mayonnaise, I added the basil together with a little grated cheese and I put a little salt. After the pasta is done, drain the water and pass them under a stream of cold water and wash them well, then put a little olive oil to make sure they do not stick together.

After making the sauce I added the pasta and mixed them and then I put the bacon and mixed again. I took a heat-resistant dish and greased it with butter and then I put the pasta mixed with the sauce and the bacon. After I placed them nicely in the bowl, I put another layer of cheese and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
