Fasting with bitter cherry jam
In a bowl put the yeast with a little warm water and the 3 tablespoons of sugar.
In the sifted flour, a hole is formed in which we add water, grated lemon peel, vinegar, oil, salt and mayonnaise.
Stir with a spoon until the mixture thickens and then begin to knead. Leave to rise for approx. 20/25 minutes.
After the dough has risen, we start to spread the sheets, form triangles (or whatever shape we want), grease them with jam / jam, fold them and fry them in hot oil.
