Honey steak

  • Lamb leg (front-back)
  • 1-2 link green onions
  • 1-2 cloves of green garlic
  • 1 large cup of wine preferably red ..I had more roses
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • basil
  • 1 cup of water

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Wash the meat well. Grease a pan with oil. Put the meat, season and salt, chop the onion and garlic, add to the pan with water and wine. Bake in the oven at medium to hard but not too hard and leave until it drops from the juice and brown well. After half an hour, turn the pulp.
