Oriental salad


Boil the potatoes. Meanwhile, cut the onion into scales. Place the olives on top. Add salt, pepper, oil and vinegar to taste.

When the potatoes are ready, peel them and cut them into cubes. Add the crushed egg yolk and chopped egg whites on top. Then the dressing prepared above. Mix well. If necessary, add salt, pepper, oil or vinegar.
