Fluffy cherry cake from a set of affordable ingredients, which can be found in any housewife's kitchen. The cherries can be fresh or frozen. You can also add any other fruits you prefer. The cake comes out fluffy and airy, has a special aroma, and cherries give it a pleasant sour taste.

INGREDIENT:

6. If you use frozen cherries, let them thaw and drain the juice, which accumulates. Remove the seeds, add 1 tablespoon of starch and mix.

Advice. We recommend that you prepare the cherries first, then the dough, because this dough must be put in the oven immediately.

7. Spread 1/3 of the dough at the base of the form, add cherries, a new layer of dough, a layer of cherries and finally the dough again.

Advice. Thus the cherries are evenly distributed in the dough.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for 50 minutes, depending on the oven. Take the toothpick test.

  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g white chocolate (for decoration)

Fluffy blueberry check - Step by step preparation

  • Put the eggs in the bowl of the mixer, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and mix until they lighten in color and double in volume (about 10 minutes at medium speed).
  • Without turning off the mixer, add the oil gradually, then the milk and mix at medium speed.
  • Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it. Gradually add it to the egg mixture and mix, this time at low speed.

  • Mix the blueberries with a tablespoon of flour, then put them in a sieve and remove the excess flour.
  • Put the blueberries in the composition of the cake and mix carefully so as not to break the blueberry beans.

  • Bake the blueberry cake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes.

And that's because it's a very practical, inexpensive dessert that can be made from ingredients that anyone has at home.

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a form that you line with baking paper or oil and flour.

Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder. Separately, sift the cocoa.

Separate the eggs (which should be at room temperature) and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until you get a thick foam.

Separately, mix the yolks with 3 tablespoons of oil and pour them over the egg white foam. Start to incorporate the flour with the baking powder, stirring with a whisk, from bottom to top, so as not to break the air bubbles.

At the end, divide the composition in two. Add the cocoa over half of the cream, and put another tablespoon of flour on top of the other half. Pour the composition into the tray, alternately or first the yellow part and then the one with cocoa.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cake is baked and passes the toothpick test. After it has cooled, you can remove it from the mold and powder it with sugar or leave it like this.
