Cabbage is boiled in salted water and a little vinegar.
Wash the rice and leave it to bloom in cold water.
Peel onions, wash and chop finely, as well as peppers, dill and thyme leaves.
Heat the oil in the pan, add the onion, stirring until it becomes glassy, add the pepper and paprika, then add the minced meat and rice, dill and thyme, mix the composition and add 250 gr. of tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the cabbage stalk into small pieces and place it over the thyme and dill branches in the pot in which we will boil the stuffed cabbage.
We wrap the sarmales and place them in the pot, we lose each layer of sarmale, we put the tomato paste, at the end we put a layer of finely chopped cabbage and the tomato paste.
Put water and salt to boil and pour into the pot over the sauerkraut, cover the pot with aluminum foil and put them in the oven at 150 degrees for about 90 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
