RECIPE PREPARATION Pillows with 3 types of cheese:

I didn't need to add salt because the telemeau and feta cheese were quite salty.

We leave the dough to thaw at room temperature for about 1 hour - 1 hour and a half.

For the filling, mix the cheeses with the egg and basil until smooth.

With a pizza cutter we cut squares with a side of 5 cm. We put a teaspoon of filling on each square, and over it we put another square that will be cut with a roll for dough decoration

Put the pillows in a tray greased with oil or baking paper and bake until golden brown.

This focaccia with cheese and cream is extremely tasty and flavorful. A pie with very fluffy leavened dough covered with a layer of cream and some kinds of grated or crushed cheese.

I was craving a salty pie and I didn't feel like it classic pizza so I made a soft focaccia dough (see here the classic recipe) which I decorated with what I had in the fridge. There are several variants of "focaccia ai formaggi" presented even by Italians. The cream is added by me.

Focaccia has a much thicker top than pizza and the texture should be fluffy, not crunchy. I didn't put ham or salami, but I stayed in the lacto-vegetarian register: that is, with cheese and cream. You can use 2-3-4 kinds of cheese: plain or smoked cheese, Gouda, Tilsit, Emmentaler, Cheddar, fresh or matured mozzarella (harder) etc. For extra flavor I also put cheese with noble blue mold. I used Danish Blue but you can also choose spicy gorgonzola, Roquefort, Stilton, Gran Bavarese, Bleu d & # 8217Auvergne, Dorblu etc.

I do not recommend the telemeau because it does not melt nicely but rather dries in the oven and becomes hard. Instead of blue cheese you can put pieces of bellows greasy cheese which is also slightly spicy and has a strong aroma. Or you can use cheeses matured with white mold: Camembert, Brie, etc.

The cream I use is one for a bucket or a glass and contains 24% fat (as for sarmale or papanaşi). Find something like this from Albalact, Muller, etc. The weaker the cream, the waterier it is and it will moisten the top (which we don't want).

From the quantities below results a tray (approx. 30 & # 21540 cm) of focaccia with cheese and cream or fluffy pie with cheese. I made a double portion of dough because I baked 2 trays.

Cannelloni with 3 kinds of cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 5/190 ° C. Gently heat 700 g of tomato paste, then add 11⁄2 teaspoon oregano and 150 ml of dry white wine or concentrated vegetable soup. Season and bring to the boil. Then simmer for 15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, put 250 g of spinach in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water, cover with a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until soft. Drain the spinach well through a sieve. Coarsely chop it, then incorporate 50 g of sunflower seeds, 250 g of urda, 100 g of crushed Brié cheese, 1 egg and a nutmeg powder. Season well. Divide the filling into 8 and fill with it 8 cannelloni (tubular pasta that can be filled).

3. Pour half of the sauce into a 2 l Jena bowl, put cannelloni and cover with the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle 50 g of cedar cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Rolls with three kinds of fillings

For the sweet cheese filling:

  • 400g cow's cheese
  • 3 yolks
  • 100g raisins
  • 100g old
  • 3-4 tablespoons gray

1. We soak the raisins in 100ml of water mixed with a little rum essence.

Rub the cheese with the sugar and egg yolks. We also add hydrated raisins.

2. We cut the shit into strips (To cut it easier we pass the knife blade through the flour)

3. Grease the board with oil. Divide the leavened dough into 3 pieces.

We spread the first piece in a sheet about 1 cm thick. Sprinkle semolina and then put the cheese filling.

Bend the edges and roll lightly.

We put the roll in the tray (I used the big tray from the stove).

4. Spread the second piece of dough and place the pieces of shit. Roll lightly and place the roll in the tray next to the one with the cheese.

5. From the 3rd piece, break about half and mix with cocoa and sugar.

Spread a sheet of white dough and then an identical sheet of cocoa dough.

We overlap them and roll tightly (I rolled easier and they opened a little when baked).

Place the roll next to the other two.

6. Remove them a little and let them rise for 20 minutes, then grease them with the yolks mixed with milk.

7. Bake in the preheated oven at 170g C for 35-40 minutes until nicely browned

For more safety, test with the toothpick.

8. Remove the tray and cover it with a textile towel. Let the rolls sit until they cool and then take them out on a wooden bottom.

They are fluffy and go very well with a glass of milk or yogurt.

Ingredients for 3 people:
400 gr spaghetti
50 gr cheese with mold
100 gr Brie cheese
50 gr Camembert cheese
250 ml of milk
5-6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 nutmeg tip
1 pinch of salt (for boiling pasta)

The pasta is boiled according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat the milk and butter in a saucepan.

Add the chopped cheese, parmesan, pepper and nutmeg.
It is not necessary to add salt to the cheese sauce, because the cheeses contain enough salt.

Leave on low heat, stirring, until the cheeses melt and a sauce is formed. After 2 minutes add the pasta and mix well. Put the pasta on plates and serve immediately.

Homemade cheese with lemon

Cow's cheese can also be prepared with lemon instead of lactic calcium, the result being absolutely delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings of cottage cheese with lemon:

500 milliliters of 3.5% fat cow's milk
1/2 lemon

3 steps to prepare homemade cheese with lemon:

1. Boil the fat cow's milk.

2. When the milk boils, squeeze the lemon into the milk and simmer for a few minutes. Be careful not to put too much lemon, because the cheese will not coagulate properly.

3. The milk is curdled, the composition is strained with a gauze or a strainer and the cottage cheese is ready.

This lasagna recipe is a very elaborate one, containing various Italian ingredients. In a large skillet, simmer over medium heat, stirring with the minced meat, chopped onion, garlic and garlic, until browned. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Season with sugar, basil, cumin, oregano, a tablespoon of salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of parsley.
Cover and simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Boil the lasagna sheets in water with a pinch of salt for 8-10 minutes. Drain the sheets and clean them with cold water. In a large bowl, mix the ricotta with the egg, the remaining parsley and the 1/2 tablespoon salt.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

Polenta with 3 Kinds of Cheese

Bring water to a boil with a piece of butter as big as a walnut and salt. When the water starts to boil, pour it, in the rain, always mixing the malai with a whisk. Boil for about 10 minutes and then remove from the heat.

Separately in a pan put the 3 tablespoons of oil and bacon cut into small pieces. It's frying. When it's ready, put it aside.
In a pan with slightly higher walls or a dish that can be put in the oven, place on the bottom a little bacon with a little lard, a little grated mozzarella and telemea (also grated).

Place a thin layer of polenta, smooth and arrange on top a few slices of butter in some depths that we make with the back of a spoon.

Then sprinkle a few pieces of bacon, mozzarella, telemea and parmesan, cover again with another layer of polenta and follow all the steps listed above. Cover the last layer of polenta with mozzarella and a little Parmesan cheese, put a lid on and bake for a few minutes (until the cheese melts).

Not that we got to episode 5 of the beautiful project I started with WoW MoM. You have probably seen that in the other episodes we tried to show you recipes that are a bit simpler and as fast as possible. Today I thought of offering you a variety of fish creams, ie 3 cheese mousses and 3 kinds of fish & # 8211 video recipe, of course. I used simple cream cheese as a base, in which I added smoked salmon, canned tuna and anchovies. So no matter what kind of fish you like, surely one of the three will be on your list of preferences.

These mousses are not only made super simple, but can also be made in advance for a party. Put them in pans, and when the guests come, quickly put them on the bread and decorate them according to your preferences. See below how simple they are.

Cheese pies

In a bowl, mix 1 kg of cheese, 3 eggs, 1-2 tails of green onions and a few sprigs of dill, season with salt to taste.

Spread a sheet of lava, put a few pieces of butter, add the cheese filling on the edges and roll.

In a bowl, combine 3 eggs with 3 tablespoons of sour cream, mix until a homogeneous composition is obtained.

The lava roll is cut into smaller pieces and arranged on a tray greased with oil. Grease the pies with the mixture of egg and sour cream.

Bake in the oven, at a temperature of 180 degrees C, until nicely browned.
