First I took the mushrooms out of the can, passed them through a stream of cold water and drained them.
I fry the finely chopped onion, the finely chopped garlic, the mushrooms, the diced pepper, for a few minutes, until the onion started to change color.
I matched the taste of salt and pepper, then turned off the heat. I let the mixture cool.
I added over the mushroom mixture the cheese given on the large grater, eggs, chopped greens and sour cream.
I mixed the ingredients well (if you want, add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs).
I covered with butter and flour a crowned shape and I poured the mixture, I leveled it.
I baked the dough in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees, for about 40 minutes (until it started to brown).
I sliced it cold.
