Cabbage cream dessert
I put the milk, butter and salt in a bowl on the fire, when they boiled, I put all the flour in the block at once, I mixed well until the dough was gathered in a ball, then I transferred it to the bowl of the mixer and I mixed until it cooled.
I added eggs one at a time, and continued to mix until smooth, then I put the dough in a bag for garnish with a tip.
I lined the oven tray with parchment, meanwhile I heated the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
I formed the choux spirals with a distance between them of 3-4 cm and I powdered them with powdered sugar.
I put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes, after ten minutes I reduced the temperature to 175 degrees Celsius.
When the donuts were ready, I took them out of the oven to cool, then I carefully cut the lids.
I mixed the yolks with the sugar and starch.
in the meantime I mixed the milk with the vanilla seeds and heated it and then poured it over the egg composition.
I cooked the cream on a very low heat, stirring all the time until it thickened, I pulled the bowl off the heat and put the butter, mixing with a whisk, until I obtained a delicious silky cream.
With this vanilla cream I filled the choux donuts, then I decorated them with berries and physalis.
