Rabbit soup

Rabbit soup

For the first time I cooked rabbit soup yesterday and that's because my husband convinced me ... I admit that I didn't really want to, but after that I was glad that it turned out very good.

  • rabbit meat (I used ribs and offal (liver, heart, etc.)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • celery
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 lg of broth
  • parsley
  • noodles
  • salt
  • lemon juice (I didn't have borscht)

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

First we wash the rabbit meat well, proportion it and put it in boiling water. When it boils, we change the water, and when it starts to boil again, we froth well. When the meat is half cooked, add the sliced carrot, celery and finely chopped onion and let it boil for another 10 minutes, then add the tomatoes and broth (to get the color). Add salt to taste, then sour with lemon juice or borscht. Leave it on the fire for another 3 minutes, then add the noodles, and after another 2 minutes turn off the heat, put the parsley and the lid on top.

6. Add the carrot and then the cabbage. Pour a little water and simmer until the cabbage is soft.

7. Transfer the mixture from the pan to a saucepan, add water and heat.

8. Bring the composition to the boil, then add the tomato paste and chopped bell pepper. A little later add the cooked beans.

Over 80,000 educators in the Romanian education system

There are over 80,000 educators in the Romanian education system, and for each of them the chosen profession is in fact a vocation and it shows us by the way it is involved in daily activity, it is shown in the message of the president of the Federation of Free Trade Unions (FSLI), Simion Hănescu, on the occasion of Teacher's Day.

& # 8220Do you remember the excitement of the first day of school? Certainly, because no one forgets what was the first meeting with the teacher or the teacher! But do you remember how many things you learned from them? From writing and reading, to listening to music or deciphering the riddles of nature or history? From there, from primary school began the great adventure of life for every child who has become an adult today and it would be good if at least today, June 5, 2021, Teacher's Day we remember all these things and thank those who -were & # 8220Mrs & # 8221 or & # 8220Mr & # 8221 in grades I-IV.

There are over 80 thousand educators in the Romanian education system. For each of them, the chosen profession is in fact a vocation and it shows us through the way they get involved in their daily activity, through the passion with which they do their job, but especially through the love they express towards the whole generations of children whose education is taken care of & # 8221, the organization said in a statement.

FSLI argues that Teacher's Day should receive attention from TV newspapers, newspapers, and the political class.

& # 8220Teacher's Day should be the main news in the TV diaries or the headline on the front page of today's newspapers, because each of us has a lot to owe and thank them for because today we have become the people we are and because of them.

This day will probably go unnoticed among the political class, which has shown only indifference to these professionals, as it does in relation to the entire education system.

We should all think at least about the efforts these special people make to fulfill their vocation: some of them chose isolated places just to bring the love of books to some children, others took care to offer them clothes. children in need to help them go to school, and most of them come home with teaching materials, books and toys to give students as much support in education as possible and to compensate for the lack of interest of the rulers who do nothing. Effort to ensure quality education & # 8221, the statement said.

The FSLI president also states that & # 8220the teacher is not just a man of the school, he is a symbol of education, worthy of being cherished by every student of his & # 8221.

& # 8220I am convinced that none of us has forgotten how difficult it was for him to be separated from the last day of the fourth grade, from & # 8220The teacher & # 8221 or & # 8220The teacher & # 8221. Happy birthday, dear colleagues! & # 8221, Simion Hănescu also said in the message. Agerpres
