Yaaay my first sweet! I kind of avoided making zacusta, jam, I said I let my mother do this part but I took my heart in my teeth and made jam! Best of all, of course I brag: - "I think I'm already starting to get into strawberry disease because the recipes of these weeks must have strawberries :)). that it is beautiful and easy to make jam of any kind.

Wash and cut the strawberries into cubes. We put them in a large pot (in which we make jam) and let them boil for 15 minutes.

Separately, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and sachets with fixed gel. Then add them over the strawberries and after they start to boil, let them cook for another 5 minutes.

Put the jars in a tray (without lid) and put them in the oven until they heat up.


After the jam has cooled a little, we pour it into jars, then we staple them. Wrap the jars in a large blanket and leave them overnight until they cool.

We can store the jam in the pantry and serve it with a cup of milk or maybe just spread on bread. DELICIOUS!

Strawberries: 5 delicious recipes

-oua- 5 pcs
-milk- 500 ml
-sugar & ndash 3 tbsp
- vanilla essence & ndash 1/4 teaspoon

-strawberries (fresh / frozen / compote) & ndash 300 gr

cheese & ndash 500 gr
sugar- 5 tbsp
eggs & ndash 2 pcs

1. For starters, we will prepare all of the ingredients listed above for the composition, except for the strawberries. They are mixed and divided into two parts. One of them will go in the composition of pancakes.

2. So the composition should come out to the consistency like a drinking yogurt, maybe a little more liquid. Even if in the north of Moldova the housewife is all the better the thinner the pancakes, for this recipe we will need them a little thicker, in order to manage to keep the whole composition inside.

3. The technique of baking pancakes is a simple one: heat the pan and put a drop of oil and spread it over the entire surface of the pan. We take a composition polish and pour it into a corner, then spread it over the entire surface of the pan. We wait about 30 seconds, and when the edge has started to brown, with a fork we remove a little from the edge of the pancake from the pan and with sudden movements we pull it and then put it back quickly. In case it sits unevenly, we move the pan until it takes its normal shape. 4. Leave the pancakes to cool, but during this time we prepare the filling. All ingredients for the filling will be mixed. Then divide it in two and put the rest of the crushed strawberries in one of them.


1. The night before boiling, wash and clean the strawberries. After cleaning, leave them in the fridge with 1 kg of sugar and lemon juice, overnight, in layers.

✽ For strawberry jam, choose small fruits, even if they are more difficult to clean. Thus, you will get a fine jam, and the fruits will keep their integrity.

2. The next day, strain the strawberry juice and boil it in a thick pan. Leave the strawberry jam on low heat for about an hour, or until when you take a drop and throw it in a glass of water, it turns into a ball in a glass.

3. Add the fruit to the boil and leave the jam for another 15-20 minutes, stirring periodically. In the meantime, sterilize the jars in which you will put the strawberry jam for at least 10 minutes (cooked over low heat).

4. As soon as you turn off the heat, put the strawberry jam in suitable jars and put the lid on, then let them rest upside down for 24 hours.


First you have to wash the strawberries very well and break their tails. I have already prepared them!

Put a layer of strawberries and a layer of sugar in a large pot, alternating until you finish all the strawberries and sugar. Put the pot on low heat and when it starts to boil it gathers the foam that forms on the surface. If you leave it, you risk the jam will sweeten!

Grow the vanilla pod to release its flavor and put it with the seeds in the pot. Then add the fresh lemon, so the fruit will remain whole. Let it boil for an hour and a half - 2 hours, until it starts to set. Check if the jam is ready by putting a drop on a plate: if it remains firm, it means that it has reached the right consistency. At the end, take out the vanilla pod and put the hot jam in the previously washed and dried jars.

Close the lids and put them for 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 150 degrees. Thus, the jam will be emptied and stored much better. It's a very good method and you don't use any preservatives. When the jars have cooled, label them, because you have to be proud… but I don't know how long they will last, because it's delicious! It's so easy to make strawberry jam, and now is the season, don't miss the opportunity!
